I was hungry for something healthy. I walked up to order all the staff were really nice. I did a bowl you make on your own. I was not in the mood for raw fish so I asked for fish that's cooked. They got the fish out of a residential hot pot and I had also added chicken. Both were pre cooked I decided to try it out. I got my bowl went and sat down I was really hungry. I took a bite of the fish it was super dry and rancid. I took a smell it was really bad. I took the bowl back after having only one bite. I asked for my money back they called who I would guess was the owner. While I was talking to him one of the workers smelled it and said yes it's bad. The owner said we don't give refunds. I said you have to give me a refund I don't want anything else. He said you have to choose something else. I said no after eating a bite of bad fish I lost my appetite. He said he could not find my order on his register so I got it from my phone with my capital one account and showed him. He kept saying he could not find my order the staff told him I was just at the counter not even 5 minutes ago. He said if he can't find it he was not returning my money. I said I just showed you on my app the name of the place and amount just give me cash. I kept my cool told him I was not leaving without my money. The owner whispered to me not to say anything more that other guest could hear me. People asked me what was wrong in line and I told them. Several people got out of line after hearing all that was going on. The owner asked that I went to the back door through the service door. It was down a hallway around behind the outlet. I got to the back door and 2 of them came to the back door to try and intimidate me. The older one that was the cook told me in broken English "You leave now" and he strangely laughed at me. The other one said we are not giving back your money. These 2 guys need to learn the American culture if something is bad plus rancid you return money promptly. I got the feeling their business is hanging on by a thread and should be closed down. I will be reaching out to the health department and also the outlet management. Beware of this place for health safety. Also note the sign there is a good reason they don't give refunds because I'm sure they get a lot of complaints of bad food.

This place surprised me. I got the teriyaki salmon. I was a little nervous to eat this from a mall setting but it was really good and hit the spot. This is located in a food court at the outlet mall.

Awful service!!! My husband and I went to the outlet mall this past weekend and while we were there, we decided to eat at the food court. My husband ordered a bowl from Love Poki and as he was walking to find a seat to sit and eat, he dropped his food because he is a diabetic and his sugar dropped causing him to almost pass out. I ran to him and yelled for help getting him into a chair instead of him falling to the ground. I ran and got him some coke to immediately help him. I went back to get another bowl explaining to them that he dropped his due to a medical emergency. They told me I had to buy another meal. As they were making a new bowl, I told the manager that he dropped it because he was falling over and almost passed out due to a medical issue and I was told I had to pay for another one. He said he can only take off 50% because what happens after we walk away is not their problem. I told him that I have worked in the restaurant field for a long time, and I have always seen them replace things when they are dropped and this was not dropped for being clumsy, but because he could not hold onto it any longer as he was about to pass out. It was a stressful situation, and they could have helped by being a little more sensitive and just replacing the bowl. It's not like they were really going to lose that much. Not very good customer service in my opinion.

Everything I’ve ever wanted in a poke bowl, and no extra charges for anything! At most poke places, they want extra for krab salad and avocado, but they were included here, plus a healthy portion of 2 proteins (I got salmon and tuna) for the price! Everything was fresh, visually attractive, and most importantly it tasted great! Wasn’t expecting much considering it’s in an outlet mall food court, so I was extremely pleasantly surprised. I arrived right around when they open, so I guess that’s the trick if you want the freshest, best experience!

They seemed to have gotten new management and rebranded, it is called Love Poki now. Excellent poki, skeptical cause of previous revjews. It is a build your own style with pre custom options on the menu. After seeing the ingredients through the display cases, everything looked very fresh. I ordered the pre custom tuna and salmon bowl and it was excellent. Overall would recommend

me and my family decided to eat at this food court while out shopping. i chose to come here, which was a great decision! i got the build-your-own bowl with scallop and salmon along with numerous toppings. the salmon and scallop were both incredibly fresh and this bowl was delicious!
The worst poke I have ever had! Everything was dry especially the protein. They are also missing the tuna I added to the order.

Wish I would’ve seen the reviews first because WOW. I had to constantly stop chewing because the garlic bits were so hard that I felt like my teeth were going to crack. The teriyaki octopus was dry and overcooked. Octopus can’t be cooked for too long or it becomes rubber. Guess what texture mine were. Would not recommend.
