I waited an hour for someone to serve me. Four people came to the cash register to talk, but no one helped the guy who was alone. There was a long line and everyone left! Why do I have to wait an hour for a stupid ice cream if I'm paying for an entrance fee to the park?

We ordered ice cream here and the lady who scooped our ice cream was so sweet and kind. However, when we were having card trouble at the register the staff member working there was insanely rude and gave us a nasty attitude. I’ve been here before many times and I am saddened to say I will not be back. It’s a shame that this place treats their customers with attitude and not empathy and patience.

Terrible attention from the boy who delivers the ice cream, very rude and disrespectful, he serves the ice cream reluctantly ? and to the point that the basket fell on my son, I couldn't see his name because he immediately took off the name holder But it's the guy who wears a beard and is at the bar... I won't go back to that place.

DO NOT GO HERE. the employees don’t speak english and tried to charge me for 3x the amount of ice cream i actually ordered. I had to tell the lady what mint chocolate chip was and then she and her coworker went into the back and didn’t come out for 5 minutes.

There was an Hispanic lady with dark curly hair that was rude while I was asking about the ice cream. The environment was not it especially since it’s been years since I visited Sea World. Working is stressful but giving customers an inviting experience is essential.

Although the line is long. The ice-cream is soo good… The portion is generous but a bit pricey. My girls and I enjoyed the chocolate and the cookies and cream from this Edy’s Ice cream parlor. If you are at Seaworld During your vacation, I highly recommend Edy’s Ice Cream Parlor. They have several seating areas outside. They do also have various shakes And also a lemon sherbet that is also quite refreshing. I personally love Edy’s chocolate fudge brownies ice cream bit that was not part of their options. The cost for the cone with two scoops is $6.99 and you can add toppings for $.99 per topping. We really enjoyed our ice cream!!!

You have to be kidding me. This place is ridiculous. How are you REQUIRED to get two scoops of ice cream for $15??!! That's absolutely asinine. I'm just trying to get my 3 year old a little ice cream and there is literally no way to do so. Zero stars. Don't waste your time. And it's not even Edy's brand ice cream. They clearly had a giant tub of blue bell just sitting on the counter melting away. Awful experience
