I traveled 50 minutes to go to that place and I came out disappointed, they gave me the super frozen chicken, a tortilla that they put on me had a bad smell and the portions looked like they were for children, and they were expensive, I didn't like it at all well, friend

I don’t know this is all Pollo Campero or it’s just this location on Landstar Blvd. in Orlando but they never have chicken breast to serve. The chicken tastes good but this location has issues with service and food quality.
I have ordered on occasion at mid day at around 3pm and they already ran out of chicken breast. I have gone to Popeye’s chicken at 9pm at night and they always have chicken breast. Also, I ordered the chicken nuggets for my son and it was not cooked properly and portion was raw and chewy. Photo attached. And to top it off, I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and they shorted me a piece.
I called their corporate number and all they offered was a $10 coupon for our next visit. Never going back. BUYER BEWARE.

The place is really excellent but they changed the menu there are no longer black beans and white rice which was a very good combination for their delicious chicken ? I am leaving disappointed with the place I hope you change your mind

Overall nice experience on first visit. Cashier welcomed me and was very informative and nice. Food came fast. Tasted really fresh and flavorful. Nice and tidy eating area.
I ordered catering for a small gathering and the manager Zoila was very helpful and accommodating. The food is super flavorful. Will surely keep on coming back!

I usually refrain from bad reviews but this place is absolute garbage. One of the worst meals of the year for me. Got a 2 piece - one grilled and one fried along with the spicy chicken sandwich. The grilled leg tasted like it’s been sitting for hours. The fried thigh was overly greasy and salty. The chicken sandwich was less than okay. Side of rice was good. Don’t waste $20, try Jolibee or chic fila instead. Restaurant looked nice and folks were friendly but would never go back.
