Terrible and unprofessional service. I will never return.
During my visit last week , the manager he was on his cellphone, apparently on a video call, instead of paying attention to customers. As a bilingual person, I could clearly understand parts of the conversation in Spanish, and I was extremely uncomfortable with the language being used in front of my kids.What made this even worse is that my children were present and could hear the inappropriate and offensive words being said. This is completely unacceptable, especially coming from a manager who should act professionally and set an example. Don’t reach me out I’m just not coming back again.

we went in the afternoon and we were welcomed and taken care of by Zeirelis, she was extremely attentive and nice at the time of taking our order and she was really patient when my date was undecided about what to order, and then the food came out fast and really fresh! i love pollo campero<3
