My first time having this tasteful food at Pollo Campero was in 2023 and ever since I’ve been hooked on this chicken flavor bowl mouthwatering chicken. I love the grill. I love the fried chicken. I love everything. I just do not like that. The cookies are gone and the black beans and rice is no more. I wish we could bring it back.

The chicken is very delicious, quite similar to the original chicken sold in Guatemala.
I didn't like the service, two of the people who take the order saw me and acted stupid, the third one reluctantly served me to finish, they don't give you ketchup or napkins, any type of sauce, the service is terrible.

Kid-friendliness: I prefer to eat at home

This particular location near Orange blossom trail is not open yet but the franchise itself is good and the food and service is normally excellent, I'm still waiting on this location to open its near my house can't wait.
