Only gave 1 star because you can't give 0... The nuggets were pink inside, my food was cold when I got it, and my boyfriend waited over 20 minutes for his food. Then when I asked for a refund because we weren't eating any of it because it was cold and not cooked, they didn't even want to give a refund.

Family's been here before almost the same situation with not having food left. This time, we brought a second family with us, and the situation was even worse. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The food does taste pretty good when they have it. They closed at 9 o'clock, but said the fryer shut down at 8 o'clock. The time is 8:06 now, and they have no food. They don't want to serve new batches of food. It's not a good look for a brand new restaurant...I'm just saying.

I had been here before and I liked everything, but today everything was bad! They didn't have the pieces of chicken we wanted, the drinks were tasteless, I changed the fries because they were old and cold! Today everything was bad! We won't be back!

11/07/24: Why is the franchise closed at 9pm when the door outside and online says it closes at 10pm. Why are you guys closing early and customers are still showing up?!

Would love to have tried the place but sat in the drive-thru for a few minutes then walked inside and stood there for a few minutes without anyone acknowledging us being there.
We'll go back a little later to try again but couldn't get anyone's attention to order

Visit campero 10/26/24 I think it's new in Orlando Fl., it always turns out that one of them doesn't have brisket. And the guy who served us at the checkout, in a bad mood, says that they have logistics problems, which I think doesn't fit because they have thighs and legs but less breast. The other time in Lake worth FL. We drove 3 hours to go and they told us the same thing about a year ago. One of the workers told me that someone had ordered chicken in large quantities and for that reason they did not have breast because they had given everything to that person, so we do not count the customers who frequent those establishments, the worst thing of all is that the combo is not worth it the same with brisket or without brisket.
