I ordered delivery from here and none of the sauces/extras that I ordered were included. I also ordered all dark and got mixed, my wife ordered Caesar salad and got black beans and for some random reason they threw in some pulled pork. I would like to think that was to make up for screwing everything else up but I somehow doubt it.

In ymthe old days of Pollo Tropical, the chicken was cooked on a spit, and always moist and jucy. My chicken was dry. Everything else was o.kParking: Hgwy 436, Orlando, FL.

I ordered the meat menu and it only comes with two small pieces of meat and just rice and beans, and it is quite long compared to another place, I didn't like it, I don't recommend it, I wouldn't return!

Some big managers need to fired this manager .6:45 Pm I was with my family and i have a very bad experience. La manager una joven con nombre Valeria es una repugnante y trata tan mal los empleados.Visite por primera vez y por solo preguntar si podia comprar 2 thighs por poco me pega a mi y al empleado.The manager Veleria ( a young woman) is so rude with the costumer and employees. she is so rude with the employees when they ask her something.The rice was awful.Amogollao.If you don't want to work with costumer just quit Valeria.Also be nice with the employees..

I’m writing this from the restaurant, the cashier Adrian was phenomenal. He was attentive, caring and doing everything he could. Even came to check on me at the table when he could to see if everything was alright. When does that ever happen at a Pollo? Will probably return to this location because of him. Give that man a raise.

It seems like they update all their stuff, but is really good right now than the last time that I went over there around four or three months ago. The guy that it was on the cashier. He was pretty Service and all the ladies that they are doing and preparing the food they have a really good and you can see all of them in the same beach between them. Love it.
