Service and atmosphere were okay. Food tasted fantastic. However, I was a little disappointed by the portion of food in my bowl/order. It was very little in comparison to past orders. Felt like eating rabbit food.Almost every time I've ordered from PT, portion sizes justify the price, it's usually A LOT in the bowl. This is the 1st I've experienced this, let alone visit this particular location also.Still love PT, but if this is how it'll be from here on, it's not cool.

I eat at pollo when ever I can.. This was the worst time ever.. Food was barely warm.. Red beans I asked for were missing. Little pork in my tropichop.. They don't like to give up sauces.. Never have the avocado sauce???.. The lady at counter was nice.

Chicken is always good because of their spice formula but no balsamic tomatoes? They didn't even know what I was talking about until I grabbed their menu placard and showed them then they said that they don't make it any longer, untrue. And oh yeah no yellow rice.

Cashier gave bread in hands to customer, she didn’t even put it on a napkin. Gave me wrong side of rice, super small for a family order.Very bad service.Will give this store 0 star if possible.I love pollo tropical but will not recommend this one.

Would give a better review but didn't get to eat here because 3 hours before close they had nothing on there posted menu. If Mac and Cheese is discontinued take it off the menu. Also how do you run out of bone in chicken. Should be constantly new batches on the grill.

Hate coming to this location. Every time I pull up to the speaker box, nobody greets me. I have to say hello three times before someone comes on. They NEVER have mango sweet tea. Why advertise it, if you’re always out of it !
I want to share that I had an excellent experience at Pollo Tropical today. Manager Bryan (store 123) was extremely helpful when I got the essential worker dates wrong. Bryan and his employees greeted us with kindness and understanding, were knowledgeable about the menu and provided us with our meals regardless of us confusing the dates. Would highly recommend this location and their outstanding customer service

The service was fast. Not too many people eating at that time in the afternoon around 4:40 pm. It was hard to find a clean table. We went to try their wings thinking they were going to be the same flavor like the marinated chicken they serve, well surprise they are like no flavor at all, a little burn on the surface and blood and under cooked on the inside. The fries were over cooked and very hard, and by the way they are potato wedges, bummer ?. Well I thought y'all needed to know this much. Thanks for reading.

I ordered the roast pork mojo and got grilled chicken that was extremely dry. Not only was the order wrong but I was the only one in the restaurant and waited over half an hour for my order making me late for work! I could’ve gotten a chicken sandwich for half the price and a lot quicker!
