Disappointed as chicken I received was very much on the dry over done side , so was rice , not a good experience here at this location , I’ll try one more time in near future but won’t come back if a repeat of this visit.

We usually order the Fam Meal Duo and the last 3 times the rice is half way filled, today I even told them in advanced that it happened before and they just did it again. Not happy to have a full bowl of beans but an empty bowl of Rice !!!

I used to be a loyal customer here, but something has seriously gone downhill with both the quality of the food and the overall experience. When I walked in, the place felt like an oven. I asked about it and was told the AC wasn’t working. Strangely enough, after a few more customers complained, the air conditioning suddenly started working. So, was management really trying to cut costs by making customers suffer in unbearable heat? Completely unacceptable. I was too hungry to leave, so I ordered my usual Tropichop Chicken dish — a favorite I’ve enjoyed many times in the past. But as soon as I took a few bites, I realized it was almost completely flavorless, nothing like what I remember. It was bland, disappointing, and a clear sign that quality has been sacrificed. I barely ate a quarter of it before walking out. This was the last time I will set foot in this establishment. You’ve lost a loyal customer.
Unlike the other tropigrill in Osceola pkwy that is horrible this one gets the orders correct yes the one in Semoran and Lee vista is better but this one is 2nd. I recommend for chicken in the area very good.

My favorite fast food. Love the way they prepare their chicken and the black beans and white rice is very good. That being said, it seems like their chicken portions have gotten smaller. No napkins are available in the dining room. You have to ask my Caesar salad was very good for a small side And the iced tea is some of the best in any fast food restaurant. always recommend going to Pollo tropical

Wasn't a big fan of the sauce in the quesadilla. Otherwise, chicken was juicy n flavorful. Our little one loved the grilled chicken. Rearaurant was clean n the staff was very attentive
