Wouldn’t Recommend I’ve visited several Pollo Tropical locations in Florida, but this one has been a constant disappointment. I gave it multiple chances, thinking it might just be a bad day, but after five visits with the same negative experience, I won’t be returning.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. In the afternoons, there’s always an employee with a sour attitude that makes the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the food quality doesn’t match the standards of other Pollo Tropical locations I’ve been to. This is especially disappointing, considering they’re located in one of the best areas of the city and should strive to be the best.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve both service and food quality.
I will return if necessary and update my review.
