Food and service were excellent. My first time dining here. Had the shredded beef, rice, and black beans, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Food was hot and fresh. The shredded beef was seasoned perfectly. Very flavorful. The rice and beans were cooked tender. The mashed potatoes and gravy were flavorful and hot. The manager was helpful explaining the menu options. Good value for generous portions. 5 stars.

Unlike the other tropigrill in Osceola pkwy that is horrible this one gets the orders correct yes the one in Semoran and Lee vista is better but this one is 2nd. I recommend for chicken in the area very good.

My favorite fast food. Love the way they prepare their chicken and the black beans and white rice is very good. That being said, it seems like their chicken portions have gotten smaller. No napkins are available in the dining room. You have to ask my Caesar salad was very good for a small side And the iced tea is some of the best in any fast food restaurant. always recommend going to Pollo tropical
