Visited Pollo Tropical today (05/25/2025) — as always, the chicken was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The manager made sure we had everything we needed, and Zipporah gave us exceptional attention. Great experience!

Food was fair. Service was poor. Lobby was clean. Cashier Giordano was totally unresponsive. Stared straight ahead and barely answered any questions. Seemed extremely confused and untrained. Drive thru person had to stop and help him. He forgot my drink, and I had to stand in line to get it. I don't speak Spanish, so asking someone else was no good because they didn't speak English. What a mess.
I ordered half chicken by itself, definitely over cooked and dry but it was seasoned and the staff was friendly
