Got out from Epcot feeling a bit hungry and when we looked around for charging our car we saw Pollo Tropical not far from it. The cashier it was Anaili at the time and she was friendly and patience 👍🏻 Ordered to go 2 order of 1/4 grilled chicken with rice and beans to take to our hotel. Everything was good me and my husband we’re both really enjoyed the meals. For my opinion this definitely better than McDonald’s, Wendy’s or Burger King.

The salad greens were fresh and crisp. Love the dressings. New tostones are delicious. I am a fan of the black beans - creamy and flavorful! I'm happy too that they have grilled chicken options so you can eat healthy here. Service is quick too.

The staff seemed very lazy. The only person working was the manager and the woman cleaning the lobby. It was hard to sit back and watch her do it all. The prep in the kitchen was leaning between customers. We waiting a good 5-7 min taking our order at the counter. While they all looked at us. Never spoke or said anything. The food was hot and good. But this location needs new staff

I think they need to improve in many areas, such as hygiene. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled bad, with no soap in the dispensers. It was worrying how employees wash their hands after using the bathroom to continue working and serving food, and the food was served cold.
