The Puerto rican dude in the back doesn't know how to serve chicken and gave me enough pieces to feed the remy and his family from ratatouille. I went inside to get more and again he gave me enough to feed the ants from a bugs life. Either he keeping some in his locker during his shift or he's rationing. Either way I want my damn chicken

Went through drive-in and got a large order of tropichops, plaintains and fried yuca. Tall blonde at window (I think she said Josie) was awesome..very friendly and double checked my order to make sure everything was correct when I asked her to. Thanks for the great food and great service!

Amanda‘s customer service is above average. I would not expect someone to be so courteous and professional in this area. if you’re there on a busy day in drive-through, you will see her getting the food out as quickly as possible and she make sure your order is correct.

I ordered a simple steak salad and it took 29 minutes for them to make it but then they put chicken on it instead of steak. Had to go back to the counter and wait another 10 minutes for them to give me a side of steak. The thing is that it wasn't busy at that time
