just ordered thru Uber eats for a quick dinner tonight. I've been eating pollo tropical for years. This is the worst ever. has nothing to do with the delivery. it got here very quick.
the yellow rice is mushy and flavorless.
the veggies are mush.
they forgot my plantains and gave my yucca instead.
ordered extra cilantro garlic sauce and didn't receive any.
go spend your money elsewhere. I'd rather eat Taco Bell than this.

Latin food with good home style delicious food but for the price, for me it's a small amount in the small disposable plastic plate. Specifically the too small slices of meat, chicken, cause very negative impact in the client, specially when you see the picture in the wall menu shows very consistent size in the plate over the rice, beans and salad. This is more surprising when at the time you order and pay to the cashier you see and smell a big breast or steak of a delicious griddle full of big pieces of both carbohydrates. The people who attend are very cooperative, happy and gentle, the location is more for delivery people coming and go, or people take to go, the tables are clean and the chairs are comfortable.
I visited this store on Dec 11 at approximately 1 pm. This is by far the worst pollo tropical ever. I’m from South Florida and know expectations. From the moment you enter, bad atmosphere- dirty tables, slippery floors, less than friendly employees, and very small portions. I had to clean the table myself and chairs. I went to the bathroom and had to walk out- filthy. Quickly ate and left . This store on this day gives Pollo Tropical a very bad reputation.

Dirty , I ask for black beans I always get black bean soup more bean juice then actual beans . I come here very often as well as 4 diff locations. This one is by far the worst one in every way . Narcoosse is the best one between customer service to food and cleanliness . And chicken is always like white doesn’t have that grill look and taste the boneless grilled chicken breast that is .
