Great experience at Pollo Tropical. Ordered a 1/4 chicken platter and a boneless platter with white rice and black beans, plus fried yuca and plantains — everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was juicy, sides were well portioned, and the order was accurate. Service was quick and friendly too. Definitely hits the spot when you’re craving good Caribbean-style food.

Food was good but customer service is not and makes others feel bad and not welcomed. They like to be short and dry with a not so nice attitude and it makes people uncomfortable. Our cashier Keyshia also doesn’t put all her hair in her ponytail and likes to touch everything after touching her hair, honestly she might be new which is why she made my family feel this way. All I see is room for improvement

I don’t normally write reviews but they have god awful service I put in a large order for my office luncheon. Set for pickup at 12:30 its currently 1:30 and I still do not have my food. I even put the order in at 10am before they opened. They placed one employee on my order and didnt start making it till I walked in at 12:32. I would never ever visit this place again for a group order, they have awful time management skills and lackluster managemnt for not directing alittle more attention to the order of the guest who had to wait a whole hour due to their lack of time management…

Horrible customer service and store. 11/25/2025 I placed and order via pollo tropical app at 1:04 pm with pickup at 1:14 pm , I stayed in the store until 1:41 and nobody said anything, when I called the manager she simply told me to cancel via phone . The store is dirty and they couldn’t care less. Everyone in my company 15 ppl used to have lunch daily there. We are now boycotting this store. I have also called the app that just texted me that is not able to process refund at the same day. At the end of the day pollo tropical stole a customer’s money. Order number : 3976 9960 9177 9 4816
