Great experience at Pollo Tropical. Ordered a 1/4 chicken platter and a boneless platter with white rice and black beans, plus fried yuca and plantains — everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was juicy, sides were well portioned, and the order was accurate. Service was quick and friendly too. Definitely hits the spot when you’re craving good Caribbean-style food.

Pollo Tropical always has very good fresh tasing food but always run poorly unfortunately. The workers don’t want to be there and are always under supplied (so they run out of stuff a lot).

Raquel is great service manager. The lady on counter Irene is very kind and smiling lady but the manager is very professional and swift in her job. The over all environment is amazing and the food is splendid
