Overall it’s one of the worst ones i’ve been to, my food was given to me cold and when i go back they seem annoyed? They gave me back the same exact food i turned in just microwaved. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, it’s what I pay for and ask for. Seems like they just want to take the easy way out. The food did not taste the same since it was SCORCHING now giving me burns inside my mouth. The cashier was nice however I will not be returning to this location after this horrible experience. I do not recommend coming here, there’s plenty of other options nearby!

The food was not good at all. It’s surprising how the quality of food in this restaurant chain differs depending on the location one visits. I ordered the shredded beef Tropichop. The rice was drenched - I guess from the liquidy “shreds” of beef, and the black beans were not edible! They truly had a strange taste to them. When I returned it to the manager, one of the female staff stood staring at me with a menacing look, hand gestures and all! Great place! 🙄

The chicken was hot, moist, tender and seasoned really good, nice crispy skin. The rice was good and hot, the black beans were in a thick sauce, but bland. The mash potatoes were good as the gravy and rolls were fresh. Good experience over all.
I just moved to this side and I love Pollo tropical but not this one! I ordered online and because the bag already closed they tell you anything. I just left there with a family meal with only 2 pieces of buns and it’s supposed to be 4 and not to mention I asked if my sauces were in the bag and of course they’ll say anything. NOPE it wasn’t, I will never go to this Pollo tropical ever again!

2nd time we have been here hours before closing the first time at 8pm, this time at 9pm and they tell us that they have no chicken. It will take at least 35 minutes to make. There is nobody inside so what’s the hold up? It’s POLLO tropical. How is it possible this happens on more than one occasion. No chicken at a chicken restaurant? Sad and chicken less.
