Absolutely delicious!! Chicken is my go to protein, stopped in this Pollo Tropical for a quick bite to eat before work and was impressed with the cleanliness and attentive staff! Thanks for keeping the hangry away! Recommend the family meals- had so much left over!

Tried this location based on recommendations from co-workers while on work travel. The food was fantastic and plentiful. My wife had a Cuban sandwich that she loved the flavor of and was pressed perfectly. I had the shrimp cooked with peppers and onions with a side of Mofongo. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the peppers and onions complimented the shrimp wonderfully.

I placed an order through the website as a guest, but unfortunately, some ingredients were missing. While customer service did issue a credit for the missing items, it was still disappointing to come home after battling 5-6 PM rush hour traffic only to find part of my meal incomplete. I chose Pollo Tropical over Chipotle, expecting a more satisfying portion, but the serving sizes here felt just as light. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.
