Went through the drive thru and none of my order was right. My sauces were forgotten and they messed up a substitute dish (which paid extra for). The brown rice I had my my tropichop bowl was burnt and crunchy where it hurt my teeth. All around, yikes.

Absolutely the worst chicken today. I regularly visit this location. Chicken had to be from the previous day. I would've went back for my money but I live a distance away. Ya'll need to take better care of the food so you don't make someone sick!

The food in this specific location is not only gross, but they skimp you on meat. First time since I've ever had a pollo that all my meat was gone, but the majority of rice and beans were still there. I guess Chipotle isn't the only one taking advantage of customers' money. They workers also had an attitude about giving me extra sauce.

This is supposed to be the 1/2 of a chicken meal......it's looks like a kids meal, and it's also false advertisement the quality of the chicken has gone down 👎 Also, ask for the chicken to be cooked a little more because my chicken still had blood on the inside of the chicken. I was here today Nov/29 and I ordered the trio plate, I asked for it to be served without meat and the very nice girl told me that she could see if she added something else for the meat. All good. When I was having lunch, I heard screams and it was a worker (I don't know if it was the manager) of the place yelling at the employee who served me for having served me that way or giving me another option for meat. I felt so bad for the girl who helped me.

Got the original family meal after we got our meal we didn’t get bread which we love. We go and ask and they tell us they are out of bread and did not offer to replace it with anything else. It is something they should have told us before we paid for the meal. We get a chicken sandwich without sauce they put sauce so had to ask for another one. The chicken was not fresh at all and did not taste good. We went to ask for a refill and all of sudden they are out of coke. They also did not have a good attitude.

Is crazy how cilantro sauce tastes, disgusting. I know exactly how it supposed to taste when it’s fresh. So disappointed. Please keep a closer eye on expiration dates.
