It’s 6:14pm I came through the drive through about 15mins ago. Chicken was dry like it was old, plantains were dryer up as well. Went and got my refund for the plantains at least. The drive through employee was short, and not nice or welcoming, very much drained; doesn’t want to be at work I guess. The name on the receipt says Barbara,

I was at this location few mins after they just open. Wanted to take with me before I leave Florida. Ordered whole chicken only and requested dark meat. The lady that assisted me at the time was Samayra and Doris (if I read the name tag correctly) and they’re both was wonderful.

I’m not sure this place deserves any stars🤦🏽♂️ Not sure if it’s the people or the ingredients but everything combined was complete vomit! 🤮 I will spend the little bit of money that I have on Chinese restaurants or Italian restaurants or even Mexican restaurants or fast food restaurants or taco trucks or food trucks or even convenience store chicken or even pizza places, but I will not spend my money on an establishment that treats me with no respect for my money: The portion they serve you are meant for skinny people . Most people are fat or chunky or big bone , stop pretending that we eat like skinny people 🤐 The enticement is completely gone never again will I be bamboozled by this so-called food establishment?🤬 Not even JC could bless this place; I shall go back to my all-time favorite , Golden corral where they feed me plenty!🌭🍔🍟🍕🍖🍗🥩🧈🥞🧇🥓🥨 Yes, I must confess that I am a large fat human, but God made me in his image.

People sleep on this place but their grilled chicken is so flavorful and the sauces are unique. I went inside and I think I scared the employees who aren't use to people staying much 😁 Everything was DoorDash or drive thru.

Not sure if each location is different but the chicken had no flavor, the rice was dry and gooey at the same time and this is the 1st time I was given a roll instead of plantains. The staff was nice and the place was clean but I did not enjoy food.

Driest chicken breast I’ve ever had in my life. Cost way too much for this type of food. Beans and rice are cheap. Only saving grace is the pineapple rum sauce and their fried plantains.
Best location. Only fast food that borderline tastes home cooked.

This Pollo Tropical is one of the best ones I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot! Starting with great customer service and ending with hot fresh food. Jesus the young man that took our order is the sweetest ever, his manager should definitely recognize him! We would come back just to see him! The lady that was bagging the food yesterday August 30th around 5pm is also very polite and got us everything we need in our to go bag. You guys are doing a wonderful job!

Really enjoyed the Plantains and Yuca. The chicken sandwich was decent. My wife loves this place, it's okay to me, I prefer the real authentic mom and pop/family style hole in the wall places with age old recipes.
