Driest chicken breast I’ve ever had in my life. Cost way too much for this type of food. Beans and rice are cheap. Only saving grace is the pineapple rum sauce and their fried plantains.

This Pollo Tropical is one of the best ones I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot! Starting with great customer service and ending with hot fresh food. Jesus the young man that took our order is the sweetest ever, his manager should definitely recognize him! We would come back just to see him! The lady that was bagging the food yesterday August 30th around 5pm is also very polite and got us everything we need in our to go bag. You guys are doing a wonderful job!

Really enjoyed the Plantains and Yuca. The chicken sandwich was decent. My wife loves this place, it's okay to me, I prefer the real authentic mom and pop/family style hole in the wall places with age old recipes.

I ordered family meal with white rice/black bean and extra black bean/rice. I was charged 5.95 for rice/black bean, 19.95 for family meal, and 5.95 for extra black bean/rice. Total around 33 with tax. I asked why charged two black bean/rice and the server said that was what supposed to be. Fact is that family meal with 2 side cost is about 23. On top of over charging chicken was dried and burnt. I probably never visit this location again.

Service and food were awful. Our order was wrong and items were missing. The cashier actually rolled her eyes at us. The restaurant was also dirty. There were flies in the dining room and the bathrooms were gross. Never again!

Employees are always in a rush. They charged me $35 dollars for 2 half chicken orders with a side of sweet plantains but they missed my plantains. This a recurrent issue and they need to stop or refund my money.

The worst customer service. I put in my order for 12 PM for pickup today (July 15). I did the same thing the day before went through the drive thru and had zero issues. Today I get here at 12:20 only to be told my food is not ready and to circle back around or to come in the store because it isn’t ready. I wait a few minutes and circle back only to be told again the food isn’t ready so I ask what is the issue for a meal of yellow rice and some chicken breast. Someone else jumps on the drive thru window to say how they don’t allow pick ups via the window even though that is exactly what I did the day before and what I have done at EVERY location I have ever done a mobile order. He tells me that was his staff “doing me a favor” yesterday. So apparently my food wasn’t ready AND I have to go inside even though it’s storming outside? I go into the store and they lied. My food was ready and just a few feet away from the drive thru window. It was too hard to pass it through the window but easy enough to pass it over the counter just a few feet away.
