This was my first time eating here. When I initially got there all I noticed was the trash overflowing and spilling all over the floor. That alone didn't even make me want to eat there but I gave it a chance. The food was alright but nothing to brag about. Just make sure you check to see if you got EVERYTHING before you walk away from the counter. I was missing not 1 but 2 items. When I told them about the first one the guy cashier apologized and gave me my item. That was when I noticed the second item was not there. I went up again to inform them and I got the runaround from one of the lady workers who gave me an attitude as if I was trying to get free food from them.......NO, I just want the items I paid for, simple as that. I will definitely not be going there again. Unfortunately, not the best experience.

Where do I begin.... I just want to say GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They are slow, incompetent, and the food was subpar! I have NEVER had an experience like this from a pollo Tropical. I see why they have a 3.7 rating now!Not only did they take about 40 minutes to get the food out. Every order had something wrong! It's literally on the receipt, it's a matter of reading the screen. Also, they were moving extremely SLOW. It was more than an hour before they closed and they were out of rice. RICE. ALL OF IT. Beware beware beware ⚠️⚠️

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!Where do I begin!!! We arrived at least 1.5 hours before close and they were still pretty busy with line inside and outside in the drive-thru. We ordered inside and right away found out while ordering that they were out of all rice which is 3 different rices. I was told that they're not making anymore food for the night, but I saw them still adding chicken on the grill so that was a lie right off the bat. They were choosing not to make anymore rice which also was the manager decision based on what the employee told me. We waited almost 1 hr just for our order to be wrong, and the food was lukewarm at best. We got our food over other patrons that were already there for a hour, which makes no sense. They were all asking for refunds. I waited another 5 minutes to get my the correct food because the manager acted like he couldn't or didn't understand English very good not sure. Either way I was very upset at this point. Now to the food!!! I had the Caribbean Trio which is shimp that was borderline burnt and very chewy. The chicken was Lukewarm, the MOJO Pork was cold. All in all I will not be returning to this location this was the first time here in a few years and I do not remember the service being this bad at all. If you can't read a simple screen and get the order correct you shouldn't be in fast food nor managing it. It's very simple the whole order is on the screen
