I’ve tried popbar couple years ago and recently I tried it again. I realized that I actually don’t love it because the flavor was very meh. They had a lot of options to choose from, but I think I rather stick with the original gelato and sorbet. It is definitely something good to try, but I wouldn’t purposely come back for it.

My husband loves this place because he gets to create his own flavor profile and doesn't have to share lol. I do think the concept is good because you can personalize your own taste. But it's pretty pricey for a popsicle. I do like the fact that they have unique flavors but I don't like the fact that you can't sample like your traditional ice cream scoops because these are bars. So you could potentially get a flavor that doesn't taste as great as it sounds and you've just wasted your money. You first chose a flavor and then choose a dip like chocolate or caramel Etc then you can choose a topping. You don't have to put all the extras if you don't want to either. The other thing is that it's not dine in so there's really no we're to sit and hangout if you wanted you have to eat it elsewhere.

Good ice cream on hot day to cool off I got the avocado with nuts on it. Very good rich.
Wow my pop was a frozen sandwich with sprinkles and Vanilla with chocolate pieces inside. Yummy!

I love Popbar!!! The prices are pretty reasonable and they have a very wide selection of gelato and bars. I always get the gelato shakes!! They're the perfect amount of sweet treat and they come in a reusable square (plastic) bottle - perfect to take with you and refill with water while you walk around the outlet. The guest service is always top notch - I've never had a bad interaction here. The shakes are made to order and fresh. They are popular for a reason. This is a must stop for me each visit to the outlets.
