Did a mobile order for spicy fried chicken and got there earlier than the pickup time. Went inside to pick up the order and the line was so long. Went to the drive thru and waited a long time and no answer, so drove up to the windows and the employee was so rude and told me to come inside. I told her it's for a mobile order that is already paid for and she did not care. Went back inside and by that time a few customers left without ordering due to the long line and wait. When it was my turn, they did not even have the order ready and what was on the order. Got the order but it tasted so bland with no flavor and did not even taste spicy. Will never go to this location due the attitude of the employee and bland food.

Wow, what a disaster this place was on 3/31.I went to the drive thru to order my dinner and was told that I needed to come inside to place my order. I then parked and walked inside. The line had about 4 people in front on me so I assumed it would be pretty quick. However, it took almost 20 minutes for me to get to the register.Once I got to the register I tried to place a very basic order. A four piece spicy chicken combo. The associate responded that they are out of Spicy Chicken. Popeye's....out of Spicy Chicken?? I asked if they were just cooking more or if they were out for the day. She responded curtly that they were out for day.So after waiting for almost 20 minutes in line, and Popeye's being out of one of their base items, her only response was they were out. No apology, no sympathy, no courtesy, nothing. It was as if I had no right to expect that they would have the product.Now, I know that I am not going to get the same level of service I would expect from a place like Chick-Fil-A, but come on!! I love Popeye's chicken and this experience was very disappointing. This is a new restaurant....how is it this bad this fast??Does Popeye's care about their customers and their experiences at all locations, or is this one irrelevant.

The worse store ever. Bad customer service. Staff were sitting next to the door telling customers do not come in we have no fries no spicy chicken etc... I ordered online and they told me to call customer service to get refund. Will never go back to any Popeyes store again. Very rude staff.

Tried to eat here multiple times. Doesn’t matter when you go the drive thru or dining in the staff will try to ward you off with promises of inflated waiting times for food. This will not change if you are the only one in line or the number of crew on staff. This time the employee was getting high outside and told me ‘do not bother he’s on break and nothing is getting made until he gets back. This was said to me as I pulled up to the drive through sign the employee was standing by.

I’m leaving this review strictly based upon the customer service that I received on Friday, March 29, 2024 from Tavares and Shamoya.Upon arrival the drive thru speaker announced that drive thru was closed and that all orders were being taken inside. My mother and I drove to a parking spot, parked the car and went inside. Once we walked in we saw the very slim and short staffed crew working tirelessly to get everyone’s order completed. By the time we made it to the register, the front counter employee apologized to us about the wait and stated they had been there since this morning and were supposed to be off hours ago but the evening crew had not shown up yet NOT EVEN The EVENING MANAGER! My mother and I felt so very bad for them and could tell the workers simply just wanted to go home but didn’t want to leave the guest unattended to. Everyone completely understood the situation and we all made sure to give them the courtesy and respect they deserved making sure not to complain about the wait times. The two employees that stood out to me the most were Tavares (front counter/drive thru worker) and Shamoya (front counter worker)..they had both been there since that morning at opening and it was now in the even for dinner rush. Neither one of them wanted to leave the other so they both just stayed and worked together despite their feet hurting, despite not having a proper break, despite being tired and simply wanting to go home to be with their individual families. That really speaks volumes about their character. I hope these two get a raise and I will be escalating to corporate on their behalf because those are not proper working conditions for anyone to be enduring in this day and age. It is so hard to find good help these days and they are proof of great workers who simply did not have the help they needed to sufficiently do their jobs. I commend the entire crew that worked this day and hope everyone is compassionated well. They all did a fantastic job and my food was still served hot and fresh despite it all.

Very poor.On first visit there was a limited menu due to lack of food so didn't order.On the second visit , angry customers who had been waiting 30 minutes for orders, customers walking out of the restaurant .Members of staff shouting at each other. Terrible atmosphere and wait time.

We pulled up to order via drive-thru. 3/26. Someone told us to wait,they will be right with us. We notice 2 vehicles parked in the drive-thru waiting for their food. I still waited to place my order. The cashier came back to take my order and informed us they were all out of sides. How?? Red beans /rice, fries,mashd potatoes, mac and cheese and coleslaw. You were out of them all?? I should have read the reviews. I won't return to this location and corporate should look into this location

It's very sad to say that this location is new and the service and the food is horrible. I go in drive thru the employee very rude chicken and biscuit only. Asked for ketchup we don't have ketchup, I was shocked. Received the food no napkins in bag.chicken was over cooked look like it was sitting there for days.very horrible service. Stay away.

Total y desgarre I came to eat at 2:25pm today and just let me know have:Chicken and biscuit don’t have fries ? any type…really❓ But just I saw 3 employees female outside just chill and the restaurant empty and not have fries just biscuit and chicken at this time? Great? I think hers don’t want to work today. I don’t coming back never ?

WORST popeyes EVER, manager (male) interacted with him through phone around 10 pm on Monday night. He is very rude, would not allow me to speak and hung up the call multiple times. The worst experience ever. DO NOT order from this location
