Chicken was delicious overall. That said, the "Ghost Pepper" is about as spicy as black pepper. Sorely disappointed by that, and I swear the fries taste stale. They seemed fresh and crispy I could tell they seemed fresh made I don't blame the store just the flavors seemed lacking. Also, girl complaining "it's too slow I can't do it" you the problem. If you girl EVER Go to a place and think man why is the service so slow? It's you. Look in a mirror. They aughta drop your hours hon I KNOW they got someone else there that could use em.

Have to be the most ghetto Popeyes I ever went to. Got to the drive thru to order my food and the person whom was taking orders was just so rude It didn’t make no dam sense. Like I was so pissed off I came right out the line. Stay home if you coming to work with a stink attitude like that .

Im on foot and walked in at 9:30pm. I ordered my food and received it at 9:35pm then I asked could I eat in and I was told yes then another employee came and told me the inside was closed and it wasn't 10;00pm it was 10:38pm I went outside to eat but I thought thy stayed open until 10 or 11 cause that's what the website says

When I came in I was greeted immediately. I waited for my order to be taken and my food was out by the time that I finished paying. The team of employees really worked well with each other and the service and food was on point. For this to be in one of the bad parts of town, the service was top notch.

Team was pleasantly helpful and quick. Management was present and was helping her team. Food was hot and fresh. Store was clean and the restroom was immaculate. It was a pleasure ordering here. Will return.

I work at a homeless shelter a few blocks away from this restaurant. I’ve only been to a Popeyes restaurant one time before my experience today and was shocked at the price that I was charged for the food that I Got which was awful. My coworker goes often because it is close to our organization and often comes back upset that she was treated with disrespect. I recently received a gift card to Popeyes from one of my coworkers and decided to give it a second chance. I pulled into the drive-through waited for about 20 minutes and was then asked by the employee handling the drive-through if I could come in because the drive-through wasn’t working. I proceeded to go inside, even though I had already spent half of my lunch break, waiting in the drive-through line and sat by the cash register for about 45 minutes ignored while the staff not only serviced other customers in the drive-through line,but witnessed half the staff with headphones on yelling at the drive through customers and the remaining staff having loud conversations about how annoyed they were.
I thankfully finally got my meal which was a 3 piece classic chicken finger meal and cost about $12.99. Once I returned to my office I opened the box and the three chicken fingers I received were the size of my pinky and were completely disgusting thrown in with disgusting french fries it was awful. I’m typically not one to complain, but if you’re going to charge that much for fast food, it should be prepared and portioned correctly and most importantly the customers who come in should not be disrespected. I’ll head to McDonald’s next time and buy chicken fingers from the dollar menu rather than paying that much for bad food and rude service moving forward.
