I just bought a wing meal and a sandwich meal, as well as 2 apple pies (only bought the apple pies because employee asked me would you like an apple pie I said sure give me two) I paid the $31, drove back to work, and saw I had no apple pies. I don't have time to drive back and complain, and they didn't even give me a receipt! sad thing is when I mentioned it to my coworkers they laughed and said "yeah that Popeyes NEVER gets your order correct" pretty sad they have this reputation and now I'm very pissed!

The Lady accepting orders named Toni was very unprofessional, instead of de escalating the situation she became more argumentative, the franchise owner should put her back to customer service class to learn the right way to deal with customers It’s good there was another younger female who helped me clarify my order.That Lady Toni should not be placed in the front receiving orders with that kind of attitude.

Food was good. The lady’s were nice but the Order was wrong. I didn’t bother to try to correct since it looked like they were getting everyone’s order wrong so I just went with it. Will probably not be back.
