I watched the guy behind the counter put my food in the garbage and have his coworker give it back to me.

So I literally just got to the drive though and as I was trying to order the person was very rude and literally wasn’t helpful. While all of this she was eating while responding and I decided not to order because I felt this is a food safety concern please have the manager review cameras or somthing food isn’t safe here

Always messing up your order.
I asked for regular hot wings, lemon pepper and garlic.
When I got to home and open the packages, they give me hot sauce,[ gost pepper and barbecue, did not even give a recipe.
I called and spoke to Peterson who said they will replaced it to ask for him next time.
I called today to go and get it, spoked to Charlie who said she will replaced it to let her know when im.on my way.
When I called her back around 2:40pm to let jer know that I'm on my way, she said that the big boss by the name of Carlos said not to replaced it..
YOU HAVE TO NE KIDDING ME.
WELL I WILL TAKE ALL MY FRIENDS A D FAMILY TO KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN WHER THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER AS FAMILY.

I went through the drive thru this afternoon. I ordered a 2-piece combo. I specifically asked for a leg and breast. She repeated it back to me. I open the box, after I left the restaurant, and there is a breast and thigh. I think they need to be trained on the difference between a leg or thigh!!!!

I visited store at 12001 E Colonial Drive Orlando,FL. The customer service was terrible. The employee and manager were disrespectful and dismissive. They were more concerned about their own conversation than serving me. I will not return to this location.

thin, overfried chicken. 2 max bbq cups. Workers got the biggest attitude for nothing. Average popeyes experience i dont know what i expected. Usually the foods good and that excuses things but not even my coke was made correctly. Hope the workers find god, AA, a therapist, or a friend.

I just left this restaurant feeling frustrated because I did not receive my complete order. I had specifically ordered an 8-piece family pack, expecting a mix of pieces. However, when I got home, I discovered that my order contained only 3 chicken breasts and 5 thighs—there were no wings or legs included.

Upon realizing this, I called the restaurant to address the issue. The staff informed me that they could not prepare another basket just to fulfill my original order and instead provided me with what they had on hand. They then suggested that I return to the store, promising to give me the legs and wings if they had them available at that time.

It’s disappointing because I paid $29.00 for an incomplete order, and this is the second consecutive time I've experienced this problem. Given the lack of communication and the way this was handled, I will not to return to this restaurant in the future. The entire situation felt unprofessional and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

BB and Rianna gave the best customer service, very welcoming and happy workers!! Give em a raise please🙏🙏🙏

Beatrice (BB) and Rianna were great. We came in 30 minutes before closing and still greeted us with a great attitude. They were hilarious and made us leave in a great mood after being at this Popeyes. Will definitely be back 😊
