East Colonial Location. The chicken is always delicious. The service is good, could be better. But lately the biscuits have been cold and hard, plus they never ever give us or offer us honey. Didn’t feel very taken care of the last time, one employee was leaning on the counter while using her phone, and most of them were yelling at each other and just wondering around while I was waiting on the window of the drive through. I won’t stop going, because is the closest to me, but they need to improve in some ways.

I ordered at 7:15 and didn't get my order for almost 40 minutes! For a 16 piece family meal with 3 large sides. And I must say this.. in that time that I was waiting and watched as they take the "old chicken" off the heater rack and put in the very large and full discard pan... Made me sick!! The waste of chicken was absolutely disgraceful! I had no idea! There has to be a better way Popeyes!!

Chicken was just ok. I think they gave me old chicken, didn't taste fresh. The seasoning has changed. It's not the same as it was when I was a little girl in New Orleans. All the good items are gone like the cajun rice, and every item is way overpriced. Young lady behind the register was pleasant.

My only issue is the recent experience with mobile ordering. I ordered to pickup at the drive thru and wait d 20 min only to get to the window and be told “mobile orders inside”. I get Popeyes twice a week and this was the first time this ever happened. Once you are at the speaker there isn’t a way to get out of the line. You are stuck waiting the entire line up to the window! So after that I’m told I have to go inside and wait even longer! I told the cashier I put to get it at drive thru, she simply said they don’t control the air p and no one else complains.If the mobile orders have to be picked up inside, PLEASE put a sign before the drive thru letting your customers know this change. It is very frustrating

The staff is all over the place, coworkers yelling from the back of the restaurant, door dash people getting in the way of customers that are waiting for their food. They need to be more organized and prioritize orders, you can't have employees working on multiple orders either they get the lobby orders or door dash but not both because they get all confused. Waited 20 minutes to get the food ??
