CAME TO THIS LOCATION TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING PREGNANT WANTING BONELESS CHICKEN THEY TOLD ME THEY ONLY HAD CHICKEN AND SPICY CHICKEN AT THAT AND THEY WERE NOT COOKING ANYMORE FOR THE NIGHT. SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS LOCATION WITH THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SEE WHY THEY HAVE A 2.9 RATING. DECIDED TO GO TO KFC ACROSS THE STREET AND WAS TREATED WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The spanish big guy Earlvin or Irvin stood in the back and watch us stand waiting for help. He kept talking to someone in the back. I yeld a couple times for help he ignore me. Him and the other short spanish guy remained talking. I was bout to leave and go to KFC across the street. I asked him, you don’t have a cashier, he said yeah but we’re in the back working. I said the corporate office can’t make money if youre not working the front. He pointed us to the kiosk to place our own order after we waiting!!!
Spanish girl walks in he comes to the front immediately to help her. She didn’t have to scream or yell. He stood there patiently to help her with something ON HER CELL PHONE for minutes!!! With happiness!
I wouldn’t refer anyone or come back!

I downloaded the online app and paid thru PayPal, so I couldn't just leave my order. I spent $52. As you can see, the mac'n' cheese was burnt. Not just a little, either. It was rather late when I ordered (around 8:40pm, or so). The order was scheduled to be picked up at 9:25pm. I arrived at 9:27 pm, went to the door, it was locked, rang the buzzer, no answer. I continued to ring a few more times and waited about 5 minutes. No one came to the door or even acknowledged me. So I went to the drive-thru. A few other cars were ahead of me. They had been there before I went to the door. After they finally went thru, it was my turn. No one even came on the intercom to ask me what I wanted to order. I waited an additional 10-15 minutes before someone came out and went to the trash bin area. I told him I had an order for pick-up. He went back inside. After a few minutes, he came out and told me to go to the window. Another 10 or more minutes passed, and I finally got my order. It was now 10:05pm. My order wasn't complete. They forgot a few items. So, a young man went back inside and bought the items out. So at 10:15 pm, I received my order. I think for the prices they charge, the least they could do is have good service. On a positive note. The people were personable and pleasant.
