Worse Popeyes in the whole city and management isn’t no better.This whole establishment is a joke. The employees are rude especially up front and when you ask for the general manager she’s outside sitting in her car. I live in the area and shouldn’t have to travel about 15mins to another Popeyes I can there around September 15th employees was arguing in the restaurant and the general manager didn’t say not one word. I’ve observed that back door open on different occasions this restaurant needs help from corporate or new employees including a general manager.

I order a special from the drive through the person that take my order seed they don’t serve What I wanted.i ask why is in the menu he said they don’t control the menu. Very rude. At the end I did not order. Not a good service

I found a Mac lipstick in my bag! Then I tried to call them to see if I can switch it out, but their restaurant number does not even work

This location is very unprofessional. The store representatives do not apply active listening skills or possess good customer service skills. There's also the false advertisement-this location consistently advertise specials they do not offer. At this location they do not and has never represented the popeyes brand in a positive manner. $42.48 is a lot of money to spend and then drive around to the window only to hear your order was not entered correctly and then be dismissed as if it's your fault the representative entered the order incorrectly. I do not understand how one cannot understand the difference between mac&cheese and red beans and rice - the two do not sound alike at all > non active listening skills. I don't expect the owner to respond because at the end of the day it's all about the numbers and not good customer service.

Very difficult to understand women working here. Incorrect order. I didn't send it back though because the food actually ended up being good and it was cheap.

I ordered 4 wings, combo the young lady charged me for a combo $16. Mind you I repeated my order twice. I received the order and they gave me 4 drum sticks. I told them it was not correct I ordered wings. She said to park, it would be 15 min. Then they came out to the car with the same bag and drums sticks. I went back in and asked for my 4 wings. To find out they had a special for wings 6pcs combo for 10.99. They had me wait and said they would fix it. I said non spicy. They gave me spicy. Then I ordered shrimp and it looked burned and spicy. Never going back. I did not check before leaving. The biggest mistake. They just want to give you what they want. Not what you ordered. The girl that took the order said you ordered a combo. Again that was not what was given anyways. 4 drums sticks isn't a combo.

Don't waste your time quality of service and food is extremely bad.

On two separate occasions in the span of a month and a half I have went through the drive-thru and the board was advertising a $20 10-piece bigger box. Both times I was told that it was no longer available and that they had just taken it off the screen and they cannot sell it. Florida has a bait-and-switch law that makes it illegal to advertise one thing at a low price and then turn around and switch it with something else at a higher price!!! I will be filing a complaint with the state.

I strive to understand others; if they don't know any better than the behavior they are displaying then there needs to be opportunities to educate them.
First off, having your cell phone in your shirt pocket with the camera facing the computer screen while you are taking my card for payment is an ABSOLUTE NO NO! As I provided the bank card for payment, my drink was handed to me, my bank card went out of sight for about 2-3 minutes and was not returned to me until my order was ready: STRIKE 2 AND 3 .
Aside from that, although the drive thru guy was polite, a little professionalism goes a helluva long way. Under NO circumstances should I be greeted nor addressed as "little mama" or any other pet name. When I asked for a receipt I was told that he didn't have it because the printer was out of paper. Whomever is manning the drive thru or elsewhere a receipt is to be printed needs to know how to replace the paper roll instead of assuming all customers won't mind not being offered a receipt. Please fix this. You all lost me at the cell phone in the shirt pocket with the camera facing outward and my bank card out of sight for an additional 2-3 mins. Everything else simply made matters worse.
