This location understands the meaning of spicy, and I appreciate it! Lol. Customer service was great. My order required them to make a fresh batch, and they provided an accurate and reasonable wait time. It was a pleasant experience overall. ☺️

How do you not have any chicken tenders. The lady said oh we have chicken. I asked her what kind and she said it's chicken. She raised her voice at me and yelled at me when I was confused. Horrible service I don't think I'm ever going to go to Popeyes again. Plus the surrounding area is completely trashed.

First time in the place, we did not order anything because seeing the staff so dirty that they were and some without wearing gloves and thus they kept the food in boxes for orders, we preferred not to buyThe facilities were not very clean either ??

Worst popeyes ever. The worker proceeded to give my order away right in front of me and then yelled at me. She then told me to wait for them to make it again i had to wait another 30 minutes and still didn’t get what i asked for. The drinks were so mid not good at all.

I got a 12 piece honey BBQ combo with fries and sweet tea. And I also got the frozen strawberry lemonade. The Strawberry Lemonade was so good. I should of got 2. The tea was perfect. The wings were just right and had the perfect amount of sauce. We tore that food up.

I wanted none hot wings, they don't offer that anymore, all wings are ghost pepper. That's way too hot for me. I asked her sweet barbecue they still too hot. Won't be going there anytime soon.

When me and my boyfriend pull up to the drive throw the put is on Pause. And then to rush us to make the order, When we got our order. It was not right at all. I am so disappointed in this location. It could have been better.

I ordered ahead in the app for a special free chicken sandwich when you buy a combo chicken meal. When I arrived, they had not yet started making my food so I did have to wait. One thing I love about these new blackened chicken sandwiches is that they seem to not make them ahead, so they are always fresh. I also love that they seem to have added them to the menu. I try to stay away from fried food and these are at least not breaded. I'm not sure how they do cook them. My order came with one regular size french fry, and they gave me probably twice as much as what would fill up the little fry package. They also seem to have run out of small plastic cups for drinks so they gave me a large. The only diet drink they had was diet Coke and the machine was acting crazy with a lot of spray but I eventually got my drink

THIS STORE'S EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORSE!! The kids in the drive thru window wont even give you a chance to order your food. I'm trying to get my passenger order and the Drive thru girl keeps interrupting me and telling me the total before I could finish my order. Then takes my card, gives no receipt, parks me cause "my the tenders are cooking", brings me an incomplete order and is not even my order that I paid for. They don't answer the phone at this store and overall needs new staff and shift managers that actually speak the English and understand what you are ordering. I'm west Indian as well so i totally know what games they were playing. If i could give a negative star, i would.
