Saturday march 16 8:00 pm the 2 girls and a guy were talking between them while we wait to get our order, they had a TERRIBLE attitude, 0,25c a sauce ??? We get a soda full of ice and when we went to get a refill it’s 1,60$. ? Hope this store close soon, they’re terrible!!! Terrible food terrible costumer service.. never again.

Why do I have to pay 25 cents for one sauce? I already spent money on two combos: one chicken strip combo and one shrimp combo. Even worse, I had to wait in a long line to pay for one sauce after they forgot to add that sauce when I ordered the combos.

I ordered online, my order was 78, when I arrived it was not ready, orders 85 to 95 were coming out and mine was still not coming out, I ordered wings with ranch dressing, but they gave them to me without dressing and when I went to order they told me that they didn't give, and I told him that I had paid for it, anyway, I went back to my table, I asked for a chicken sandwich without pickles, but they still gave it to me with pickles, I asked for another one with pickles, double cheese, double bacon and mayonnaise , but they gave me only a piece of chicken between two buns.

Very disappointed with Popeyes approach to what a "combo" is. They charged additional for a side and a drink. False advertising.
If i could leave no stars i promise you i would.I have never left a bad review anywhere but this popeyes is DIRTY.There chicken is still bleeding on the inside as soon as i opened the leg and breast they had blood it in.The wings don't even look like wings it's disgusting i will NEVER return here again this place needs to be shut tf down no cap.Like ew bro.

Two piece combo (white meat) The order was placed last night and when I realized it was a mistake I called and spoke to the rude, non apologetic employee. Today a caring manager replaced the mistake. Thanks to the polite and apologetic manger.

If I could I wouldn't give it even zero stars. Just be careful with the size of the chicken you give in that popays. Even so, the girl told me that she could only give me a single sauce on top of paying me $12 and more for two extremely small pieces of chicken. That must be a bad joke, I thought. These were the rudest set of people our chicken was raw she said all the chicken is like that , they left the biscuits out our food and gave us kid cups the manager is rude as well snatched the receipt out my hand when I ask d for a refund.

I ordered 2 sandwich combo meals and they didn’t include biscuits with the order - even though it clearly states that you get biscuit with the order on the menu board. When asked the staff about it they started getting rude that combo doesn’t include it and to contact Popeyes helpline.
