Absolute best service i’ve ever received at both this popeyes and any popeyes i’ve ever been to!! Richard was so helpful, super transparent with wait times and very knowledgeable about the menu! He was kind, efficient and had a fantastic attitude, Food was great! Overall fantastic experience <3

Chicken was great. But the service was terrible. They couldn’t handle three orders at the same time and were telling people after me they couldn’t even order. Out of both diet beverages and the tea tasted terrible.

My food wasn't hot, the boxes it came in were wet and soggy falling apart and some of it was burnt ( lemon pepper wings with hardly any lemon pepper, it looked like they took 1 chicken strip and cut it 3 pieces for the blackened strips. I was missing a coleslaw when I went back to get it they told me that they put in the bag. Why argue? Like im trying to get a free coleslaw after ordering 29 dollars of food? They had to look in my bag with the wet boxes and warmish food, themselves before giving me my coleslaw. The apple pie boxes were even closed so the pies slid out of their box and were just in the paper bag with cinnamon sugar on the wet boxes of slightly warm burnt chicken. They saw how badly my food was packed and did nothing but had me the coleslaw they forgot about but tried to make me seem like im trying to get a free coleslaw? I hadn't been to a Popeyes in over 5 years... my experience made me realize how much I am not missing... I would not even take a free meal coupon to eat here.

We went through the drivethru. It took alittle longer than typical but it was fine. We got our food but they forgot a fork and sauce. It happens, no big deal. We parked and I went in. At the register there was an employee who I assume was a manager. She didn't acknowledge me at all, and then started yelling at another employee. She was very rude to the employee. Then there was another employee who was working the drive thru who had a customer who had an issue with an order or something. This employee/manager then started to talk very rudely to the customer.
Another very kind employee was able to get my sauces and fork and I left.

The food was great as always but the fried pickles were surprisingly bland.

This was on February 19th 2026 at approximately 11pm if Popeyes management wants to investigate employees about the instance.

I had the best customer service today by two awesome ladies i ordered two sandwich combos they are professional nice and fast less than 40 seconds i had my food ready and out i went i will come back to this popeyes thanks to latanya and her employee named vanessa

I’ve come to this Popeyes very often and get food, I often place the order ahead of time on the app to save me some time since I get desserts and I know they take time to make, I ordered the wings and tender family meal, with 2 large mashed potatoes, the new pies they have and some sauces, when I get to the store, I was standing at the cashier for a long time before someone even came to the register, I told them my name and a lady presented me with a bag I opened it and saw my pies and 2 boxes and what I assumed was my mashed potatoes but turned out to be my sauces, I drove all the way home, realized I didn’t have my mashed potatoes and figured it be fine I can just go back to the store to get them, it will be no big deal, I go inside and tell a nice lady I’m missing my potatoes and biscuits ( I thought it came with biscuits it did not and that’s okay ) as she’s taking the ticket back the First Lady said something in a language I didn’t understand to the lady that took the ticket, the nice lady talked to this smaller white manager, I can hear the manager saying it doesn’t come with biscuits and that someone else put the food in the bag that she was waiting on potatoes, then the First Lady goes back and says something to the manager and when the manager comes to me, she was clearly irritated and stated she was told I checked the bag and that the potatoes where in there, implying I was trying to pull a fast one for them, I explained to the lady that when I looked in the bag I thought I saw the potatoes and thats why I didn’t say anything when I checked it, she then goes to say that she will do it for me this time, but she will not the next time and I need to do a better job of checking the bag, then the girl she accused of bagging the food the first time, grabs me the 2 large mashed potatoes and gives them to me and she was very kind about it, as I’m leaving the manager says in a louder voice “ the reason you didn’t get any biscuits is cause there’s none on the order “ I replied I thought it came with it, but stopped and just walked away cause I was already upset with the situation. Overall this store does have some friendly staff, a very rude and accusatory manager, and expects the customer to assume they messed up and thoroughly inspect the bag.

I came to this location to get dinner for my family. As I look at my food I am sickened to see the sight of a blonde hair in my food. This is very hazardous and I had to make other dinner arrangements because of this😔
