CONSTANTLY REPEATING MY ORDER IN THE MIC BECAUSE SHE WAS HAVING A PERSONAL CONVERSATION
TOLD ME PULL UP WAIT 12min FOR MY FOOD
WAITED 25min TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER MADE IT.
MANGER WAS SLOW AND INCOMPETENT, TREATED ME AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT AND CAUGHT AN ATTITUDE ABOUT GIVING MY REFUND INSTEAD OF JUST ACCOMMODATING MY ORDER!!! And just in case corporate sees this he was black with dreads and glasses. Don’t know his name. 0 STARS

I still give this place a 5 star rating. There are two locations near where I live but I choose to go here because of the service. Miss Willie is such a pleasant person as well as the other girls working there. The current manager (Charles?) used to be a cook there and he was nice. Now I sense a little arrogance in him and makes you feel he does not want to resolve an issue or concern.

I understant that there is no law in Florida requiring restaurants to provide drinking water to customers. But I drink water everywhere I go, not because I am cheap but I just really like water with lots of ice. Last night, we were going to dine in as usual and bought a small drink and asked for a cup for water and the manager explained that people ask for water cup and get soda instead. For me to have water, I have to buy a bottled water or pay for the cup.

I explained that if I want to steal drinks, I would have just drink from the same cup of my spouse instead but being honest, I will not do that. If they are really trying to control their food cost, then put the drinks behind the counter instead. The manager would rather lose a sale than to provide a one time exception to a customer who has been going there since 2015. We left because of that and would most likely not come back unless they change that policy.

The service here is very horrible, me and my 11 year old daughter went to the park and came to Popeyes #120-2186 . 5245 w colonial Dr to grab a bite it’s one of the worst service I ever experienced the cashier keep shouting and giving me and other customers attitude, i ask her for 2 forks and I was embarrassed she acted like I was begging her food and the fork I need to eat with ! Her attitude was very distasteful…. I went on 12/15/2024 I would not recommend . The least you can do is give good customer service.

For the third time in two months I am given the wrong order via drive through. They insist on giving a chicken breast if you order through drive thru when you have asked for a thigh time and time again. Why not just say we don’t have thighs so I can order something else i would actually enjoy. I’m not ordering from this location again in person or by drive through. Honestly I should be refunded because I did not pay for what I ordered. Terrible service.
