This is by far the worst Popeyes in town. Service is bad. I've noticed older people wait at the register and no one bothers to help them. After waiting, employee tells them they have to order on the kiosk. Older customers attempt to use it and then walk out in frustration because they don't know how to use it. Why not just take their order and satisfy the customer instead of losing customers?

I will never come back because my food is always nasty. The wait time is ridiculous just to be given overcooked, nasty chicken. The white girl manager acts ghetto (usually works night shift) with the dark hair and not at all professional. The other Spanish day manager could have replaced the tenders after I complained. 3 tenders together makes size of 1 (too thin and not enough meat).

The Lake Underhill store is much better. The older manager with the suspenders is very courteous and helping to his customers.

The Pershing store SUCKS!! Only due to the managers and not the employees.

I have been coming to this popeyes for years, recently I have noticed things going better, wait times are down, the lobby has been cleaner, and the food well is always good. My biggest complaint are the big screens to order, how i wish there was a cashier avalible like the old days! very happy to see my local popeyes doing better , PLEASE keep this up!!

Stopped in this Popeyes randomly as I was shopping in the area and my initial impressions i was shocked how clean it was, sadly that's a rare thing to come
Across in most Popeyes. Even the bathrooms were tidy. The wait times were not bad for me I ordered a 10 PC family meal and received quickly and the food was very fresh. I truly haven't enjoyed Popeyes like this in a while and felt like I should leave a review! I'll be making the drive to here from now on and that's considering I live 5 min from a Popeyes and this one is a good 25 min drive! Keep up the good work management šŸ‘

It took over 25 minutes to get our order . All you heard was the lady yelling at employees . They are extremely slow ,rude and unprofessional. I came to the the front to check on Order and the lady I guess was in charge all she did was roll her eyes making 1 excuses. Maybe if she communicated with her staff and stop yelling and learn son organizing skills her store wouldn't be such a mess! Worst experience!

Went to the drive thru and ordered 2 apple pies, 2 biscuits with honey, and a sweet tea. She tells me she doesn’t have any and it will be a 7 minute wait. I pull to the window, pay, and she tells be to park to wait for my order. The 7 minute wait that she waited was almost 15 minutes, but, she gave be an extra pie for the wait. OK cool. I get down the street and something tells me to look in the bag…no biscuits. I go back to the drive thru and tell her I’m missing the biscuits with honey. She says she forgot to put them in the bag and tells me to pull forward. I get to the window and I’m handed a bag, 2 biscuits and NO HONEY!! SMH

I hate the kiosk

The option of using the kiosk over ordering with a person was hardly an option. My wife went get food does not use the kiosk since she is not tech savvy. Well to make this short, the person taking the order was rude and seemed that did not want or convey any customer service norms that we as a customer expect. Consumers make your business possible by buying the product you serve, but the personel in store #11630 4547 Semoran Blvd in Orlando needs to brush up on common courtesy and customer service.

My little sisters earned a award/got a free kids meals, so me and my brother went to turn it in (walked there ourselves) while they (my sisters) were in school so my mom can suprise them,(my mom has cancer and has been sick) and the cashier refused loudly said "where are the kids" safe to say we will not be buying from here, ruined our day.

Order 3 meals food was just dumped in the bag was complaining and all the young lady said was ā€œ Do you want family fries insteadā€ Manager on duty was busy stuffing her face for a restaurant that wasn’t crowded food should have been fresh and service should have been better. I asked for a refund and left I will never again go to this location again. The would staff needs to be retrained
