Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Waiting in line for 20+ minutes AT the intercom to then be told that they don’t have any tenders. Mind you, we arrived at 8:15pm. And was told so at 8:40pm. Unacceptable. This location is known for laziness and the workers always have attitudes in the evenings. Ridiculous! We had to drive to a different popeyes to get food and in this economy gas prices are already high so imagine how pissed I was being pregnant and hungry, then having to drive further away from home for my craving.

The customer service was terrible. I went there today, June 12, 2026, at around 4:30 p.m. for drive-thru service. The staff was arrogant and treated me very poorly, to the point that an employee closed the window in my face.
She did not hear me when I told her which side item I wanted with my combo. When I reached the pickup window, she told me in a very bad voice that she had already been working for 10 hours, closed the window in my face, and refused to give me my food. This behavior was extremely disrespectful and completely unacceptable. hope they change employes! very good area and excelent food, but very bad employes and she did not want to give her name

the staff was impeccable! full on the other hand the chicken don't even taste like Popeye's Chicken anymore. there was zero flavor

I always order food at night through Uber Eats. They can never delivered the right order. Always missing or changing items. I hate that. Third time my food comes wrong.

Stop here for lunch today and a worker literally put a bloody chicken leg in my box. Something that you can clearly see is raw because the blood was seeking through the skin. I wouldn’t feed that chicken to a hungry dog. Then the manager was so unprofessional. She never gave an apology just asked what I needed while helping another costumer and then repeated 2x “well you have to give me a minute” But you knew the whole time you were helping someone else. If they will put that on your plate I can only imagine how nasty they are behind the scenes. I worked at Popeyes for one of my first jobs and my manager moto was we DO NOT feed people what we won’t eat. Somebody needs to tell this staff the same thing. Oh and the apple pie tasted like it was sitting from yesterday. This location deserves 0 stars. 1 star is being nice. Just disgusting.

Don’t even bothering getting food here. I work five minutes from this location. tried to order delivery on break all three drivers canceled because customer service is that bad. I came myself and waited an extra 10 minutes for food that I placed an hour before. Manager’s nonexistent and they will apologize on the review, but nothing will change. They need to shut this restaurant down replace it with something better. those workers are miserable.

Gazelle was RUDE. She felt I was rude because I am brutally honest. I told Eli that I had been waiting 10 minutes through the drive thru and that you are supposed to take 3 customers then expedite. So because I have worked in fast food I'm categorized as being rude??? She needs to learn to be respectful and handle stress properly. If she can't take the heat she has no right being a manager.

I have been going to this popeyes for a long time. Some of the employees are nice especially the Hispanic lady always has a smile. The rest of the employees have a nasty attitude. You need new management for this store.

We were looking for something fresh to eat and after a failed attempt at another place I won’t mention, we stopped at this Popeyes Location, we thought the door was closed and to our luck it was opened and we were able to wash our hands and sit and eat. What I asked for they didn’t have but the cook Jhonny heard and said to give him 3 minutes and made it fresh promptly. It was great, also the manager Giselle and Julissa were great and very respectful. Thanks Again for your Great Service.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Popeyes needs serious changes. Don’t serve anything you wouldn’t eat yourselves. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, and it was not edible. I went to the counter and told them, so they replaced the food, but it was still cold and dry.

After I went back to the counter asking for a refund, that’s when they offered to make fresh tenders. At that point, my answer was no—I wanted my refund. Why wait for a customer to complain twice before taking action? They claimed they couldn’t give me a refund because they have a new system. - 9:05 pm

I was there last night miss moisha at the window was great.she had great service which I haven’t seen in a long while, she was patient with me she didn’t try to rush me or nothing she even recommended a few things for me to try.other than the very rude customer that was waiting in line this was a great experience. WILL BE COMING BACK ❤️👍
