Great location! Great staff! They make you feel welcomed as soon as you wall in. Customers and regulars are friendly Great place for humans and especially dogs!! Wish they had food. However, there are two restaurants next door and a few others nearby.

Dog bar in downtown Orlando! Good drink prices, friendly staff, and fun times for dogs! Somewhat difficult street parking or paid lots, but worth it.

I always bring my dogs here after work or on the weekends because I live right across the street - the staff is always friendly, accommodating, and attentive to the pups at play. It’s a fun atmosphere and always worth a trip!

Amazing Staff , great ownership who actually CARE about the animals , a great General Manager (Ryan) who still believes in putting customers first (a thought seemingly alien to most of downtown Orlando at times), and an amazing place for your dog to play and socialize.Drink specials , promotions , even birthday parties. And the dog owners here tend to be a bit more “responsible” than a normal dog park.“Maddie” LOVES it !

I have been going to pup’s pub for almost a year. Last night I brought my 1 year old mini Aussie to their “Photos with the Grinch” event. I was looking forward to this event. My puppy was even dressed up in a Santa suit. Soon after when we entered my dog was attacked by the bartender named Crystal’s dog Bobo. I broke up the fight myself (no pup patroller helped). My dog’s Santa suit was all ripped and I quickly removed my puppy’s outfit for safety. Then, maybe about 10-20 minutes later, the same bartender’s dog attacks my dog again. This is now the 2ND fight I had to break up. I called for help, no one helped. I went around asking whose dog this was, and spoke to the manager Ryan Durr who informs me it was the Bartender who is not watching her dog at all. Ashley, the pup patroller was chatting at the bar, not doing her job monitoring the dogs. Angered, they put her dog away for a mere 30 minutes and then proceeded to bring that dog back inside Pups Pub leash-free. There has been now many incidents with Crystal, the bartender’s dog. His aggression and impulsiveness is out of control. On another incident, her dog Bobo, got in a fight with my friend’s dog Slade, where Duncan the pup patroller got badly bit in the hand by her dog Bobo, this very big black Labrador mix. How many incidents will it take to have her dog removed? She isn’t even watching her dog or taking responsibility! She didn’t even apologize for dog attacking my dog and ripping his new Santa suit. The staff needs to work on their service manners. That night, my friend’s dog Slade was terrified of the Grinch (which was Duncan). He asked Duncan to please take off your mask if you’re going to get near my dog, but Duncan’s response was rudely “I get paid to leave my mask on”. I am appalled and very upset with the lack of respect and care from the staff, even manager. I had to leave with my dog early because they did not seem to care about satisfying annual long paying customers. I truly hope the owner of Pups Pub sees this and takes action to educate the staff on proper customer service and removes this bartender Crystal’s misbehaved unsafe dog named Bobo.

To the owner: Thank you for opening a place for my best friend to have fun. The staff is really kind, informative on the drink menu, specials, and discounts. The staff is always available to assist our four legged friends for when they need. It was my first time and I decided to buy an annual pass on the way out. This place rocks and you are missing out if you’re not here!

The place is a great idea! The staff is extremely friendly. I got the month membership because I loved it the first time but by the second time I went the smell is unbearable. This is the only downside to this place. The place needs better ventilation and more opened windows because it smells like they dumped a whole bottle of pinesol on top of dog piss. This is the one and only reason I cancelled my membership.

Very nice place, workers are friendly, drinks are good. My only complaint would be that the workers seem to be afraid of bigger dogs. If you have a <40/45 lb. dog you will be in love, but if you have a bigger dog, they get overly restrictive of them. My son has a Great Dane mix, he's about 90 lbs., he likes to bark sometimes at other dogs when he wants to play, they get jumpy and grab him and pull him away even though he isn't doing anything wrong. Besides that, I have a mini-Aussie and they are great with him. So smaller dogs this is a 10/10 play, bigger dogs might not be as welcome.
