People there are so rude. I just ask them what time they open and the lady walked and ignored me. If they don’t want to have a good customer service just don’t work there.

This restaurant is suppose to be open until the last flight out (per the Orlando airport website). Apparently, this means 7 PM even though there are flights past 9 PM. The employees are completely rude and were sitting outside laughing at all their customers for over 2 hours. I sure hope the management appreciates the employees being on the clock and not making any sales. You have been warned.

I like to try to leave positive reviews wherever I go. However, I can’t do that this time. The steak was both overcooked and cold. The workers really shorted me on my proteins and ingredients like it was coming out of their own paycheck. Most notibly, I got some serious attitude from Judy for just politely asking for queso. I understand that this may not be the job you want or where you want to be right now. But somebody employed you and QDOBA is paying you and during this time while you’re on the clock this is your job. Show QDOBA enough gratitude to atleast properly represent them while you’re on the job. Without this job, what other job could you get at your age and laziness and attitude. And even though I’m sure she knows that, she remained lazy and rude, improperly representing the QDOBA name. The attitude she gave customers just showed me she never deserved even this job to begin with. If a worker was behaving like this in the restaurant that I own, they’d be out the door and never welcome back.As far as anyone reading this review to decide on where to go, go to Wendy’s or Manchu they will be more consistent.

My burrito was good, chicken was dry but flavorful. The spicy queso was inedible with too much awkward hot chiles…but the chips were stale. So sad! Cost me $20, probably only worth $5. Ugh!!!

these ladies are giving qdoba bad rep. they are on the phone entire time, do not even look up. they have not had the crispy bread for burrito bowl for several months now.

Found plastic wrapper in my burrito.Took a chunk out of the chorizo-egg burrito and bit into a plastic wrapper. I attached a video as well as pictures.Overpriced burrito with plastic in it.

Was randomly told that they were closed after standing in line with several other customers who got served while I didn’t. Extremely bizarre, confusing experience. The lady working was very cranky and rude as well. Do better Qdoba.
