This place hides the price of the beers and is very overpriced for no reason.. I ordered a bucket of 5 beers and it came to 40 dollars. For five beers. Totally a scam
Food tastes good. It appears they made already large dishes even larger to double the price. A meal for 1-2 people can serve 4 people easily. A beer costs $10. Servers are very slow and have to ask for refills multiple times. Waited forever to get the overpriced bill. A meal that cost $40 a year ago was nearly $90 now. They play live music on weekends as it should be a night club instead of a restaurant. There's nowhere inside to dance if you wanted to. The music was beyond loud and they have lights spinning around. It's hard to concentrate on your food. Used to enjoy this place but don't think we will be returning after the last visit.

I don’t even know where to start. The food is amazing, the empanadas come hot because they fry it on the spot, not super greasy. I got a chicken empanada, it was very crispy and the chicken tasted amazing. Outside were extremely comfortable couches and chairs, inside and outside was very clean not a single spec of crumbs. The sauce is also very good especially when paired with the chicken empanadas. Maria Fernandez was our waitress, she is super nice and sweet. The interior was super nice, especially the bathrooms, the bathrooms are extremely clean, I wish I knew how to put pictures, the sink was golden, the walls were black and gold, it may not sound nice but it’s beautiful. 10/10 restaurant, recommend go, and chicken empanada with cilantro garlic sauce recommended if getting empanadas. If the owner sees this, please give Maria Fernandez a raise.

I went with my partner, and the service was excellent. I loved the restaurant's surroundings, but not the food. I ordered a cachapa, and it was flavorless and the mixture was very thick. My partner ordered a pasta, and it was super dry. Honestly, I wouldn't go back to this place.

Terrible service, our server was so rude and didn’t care to pick up the plates after we were done eating, he never offered refill, the food took so long and when we asked him if it was ready he replied with an attitude. I don’t remember his name but he had braces and was little chubby. We asked him if we can put another table cause we were 8 people, and he said yeah just grab a table. We literally had to move the tables and the chairs ourselves while he was talking to another coworker. Never coming back to this place after that horrible service

We have been coming here for about 20 years and always loved it and thought the prices were reasonable. The prices are ridiculous now and they changed the way they make the patacon. It now has ketchup and mustard which was gross.

To overcrowded, a bit over priced. To many tables in the middle floor no room to dance.

We wanted to try something new and decided to go to this place which turned out to be a great find. Venezuelan cuisine is what we went for, and QKenan restaurant simply exemplifies it. Beautiful Ambience, Great Service and Amazing Food.. Javier our waiter took great care of us explaining the cuisine, portion sizes and ingredients. All this together made this a great experience for us. Would highly recommend this Venezuelan Gem in Orlando.

We choose because we stayed close by and it had very high ratings. However this place in badly over priced. $10 for a miller light, which we didn’t know until the bill came. Likewise I ordered cachapas while it was decent it turned out to be an 18$ pancake. I assume it came with meat etc but it didn’t. I don’t speak or read Spanish and the dish as explained wasn’t what came. I ordered pork belly not realizing it was an extra $5. It’s not presented that way on the menu. So that why the low reviews. Based on pricing I would have to say It’s a bit of a tourist trap so it’s unclear why it was so highly rated. I would not go back. Way over priced.
Under new ownership but still fantastic food and service! Alfredo was attentive and was great with explaining the different choices on the menu. This is one of go to restaurants whenever we are in Orlando
Carlos the bar tender and Alfredo the waiter made our trip memorable. Excellent drinks and superb dinner. Very reasonable prices and large portions. Authentic Venezuelan dinner.
