QueParchef (Colombian Food Truck)

The food is delicious, it really tastes very fresh and of good quality, which is why we have been visiting them for more than two years. I highly recommend the Queparchef burger and the juices are natural, you can order them without sugar or combined or you can even bring your own sweetener. because they prepare them instantly, everything is really fresh, me and my whole family love this truck

The attendant should improve their customer service skills and demonstrate greater politeness. The quality of the food did not meet my expectations, nor do I believe it meets anyone else's standards. I will not be spending my money here again, especially when there are numerous food trucks that offer both excellent food and outstanding customer service.

First, they have a notice that says that they do not accept exchanges or returns (that had to have been a warning that it was bad, because that would be the number of people who complained, that they had to put up that sign. I imagine that they were daily money losers)
Second, the terrible service, not even good night, how can I help you? NOTHING. They treat you as if you were bothering them. Sorry? I am paying a LOT for some salchipapas, almost $18 (in total I paid $30 for the salchipapas and a juice).
Third, they delayed as if it were something exquisite and NOTHING TO SEE. Some friends ordered pichana and ceviche at another food truck, and it was faster than simple potatoes with sauce.
There really are MANY food trucks a thousand times better! We wanted to try, but NEVER AGAIN.
Don't waste your time and money.

Too expensive for a stuffed potato and a juice, the cashier's service was too hostile apart from the fact that he wasn't even Colombian and a very basic salchipapa was the most expensive in life. Apart from that they don't even put the prices of each thing (put them on the menu to see the robbery that hits people for a burnt potato) but rather they show you what they sell blindly, you get offended because all the opinions are Terrible because people's experiences are like that, instead of fighting with customers, they should analyze where they are failing and improve. They charge as if it were a restaurant with table service where not even napkins are worth the money.

The service was pretty slow, the food quality wasn't bad but it's now worth as much as the amount they charge. The desgranado was very simple not much variety and flavor wasn't worth it. The Perranga was pretty good, the aborrajados were just ok and the lulada was pretty good. Overall, expensive and not worth it.
