Found by chance when looking for place to eat, and kept running into closed places. Person at counter (owner?) was very nice, and even asked if we wanted to substitute something more sweet when the item was supposed to include a spicy sauce. Very much enjoy this new discovery. Sadly, we won't be back unless we happen to come to Orlando again. If so, we will make this a destination .

First time visiting and I was looking for a quick and small bite, I came in and ordered some hazelnut milk tea and pork bao buns. Immediately after taking a bite into the bao bun I was amazed at how spicy and delicious it was, the milk tea hands down without a doubt was sweet and delicious as well. The workers were kind and very helping when helping me order, I would come back order once more!

Quickly Boba & Snow on Colonial and Crystal Lake (in the Colonial Landings Plaza, next to the UPS Store) is such a convenient and reliable little spot. I first started coming here because they make a great Vietnamese coffee, and it quickly became one of my go-to places.
They have some quick, delicious grab-and-go options or small bites if you’re eating in. The Bao Buns are really good, my favorite is the Volcano Bao Bun, full of flavor and perfectly soft. I also love their crispy corn nuggets, sweet, crunchy, and definitely a regular order for me.
Every server and cashier I’ve met has been kind and friendly, and service is always quick. The location is super cute, though I’ll admit a little fresh paint and a few touch-ups could make it even more inviting.
They have a great variety of boba drinks and flavors, and while the Vietnamese coffee is usually excellent, it can be a bit inconsistent at times. Still, I’ll definitely keep stopping by, this place is convenient, cozy, and always hits the spot!

They claim to close at 9 PM, but I arrived at 9:30 PM last night after driving an hour for a tuna bowl. The staff told me the kitchen was closed at 9 PM. It's clear that they need to communicate their hours better: they are closed for food at 9 PM unless you're ordering boba, which is available until 10 PM. I'm tired of the lack of professionalism in the food industry; this kind of service is unacceptable.

The servers were very kind, and quick with my order. So there’s no complaint there. My main issue was the atrocious, plastic, sugary-gentrified mistake they mislabeled as matcha, when in reality it probably came from an expired power packet from Costco. This is no offense to the workers, they could do a way better job somewhere else. But the material was just subpar. There are way better place to get a matcha from, so don’t waste your time coming here.
I love their Taro Milk Tea with boba (perfect chewiness, in my honest opinion), but they put too much ice on the large size I ordered. It watered down too much. I finished the drink, and the ice was still half the glass. 🙄

I just love Quickly cause it’s always been the cheaper boba option compared to other places. It’s nice cause when you crave it it’s nearby and easy to go to cause there are so many of them. Their menu has expanded a lot over the years too which is nice.

Customer service is awful and the manager is rude as hell. They constantly mess up my order and did again today- forgetting an extra side I paid extra for. When I called to get a refund (three times because they don’t answer the phones and the voicemail is full) I was told their “system can’t do refunds like that.” So I drove myself down there to get what I paid for and they “verified” that the side wasn’t on there- like I was going to drive all the way back with the to-go order to lie. Between pricing, poor customer service and their inability to correctly make orders, this place isn’t worth it anymore. And I saw they got shut down by the health department recently.

Literally just left Me and my boyfriend came in and ordered two drinks and four Bao Buns , multiple ordered of those who came after us come out before us, and it took so long, i understand places get busy but the service was just bad and we had to come up and ask where it was, with out an update for the long wait.
