Absolutely the worst experience ever! One of five individuals that chose to dine-in for lunch. Told waiter we only had 1 hour. The only people in the place. We put in our orders but NEVER received our food.Yet, everyone that came after us was served. In fact items we had ordered. The waiter never came to say anything. When the hour had expired, still Nothing. Ended up paying for what drinks we had. Asked for the manager but he/she never came. Not one apology offered or any type of rectification. The only difference between us and all the other patrons was the color of our skin. What a HUGE disappointment this lunch outting turned out to be. Racism is NEVER justified. Shame on them ALL!!!!! Praying the Most High will deal with their actions and hearts.

If I could give this place a negative rating on service I would! My girlfriend and her friends, all public school teachers in the area for training, went to this place today for lunch. When they got there the place was completely empty. They told the server they only had an hour for lunch, and were told that would not be a problem. The server took their orders, brought them drinks and that was it, an hour later and they never got their food. Meanwhile the place filled up with customers that ordered and got their food. So there they are sitting watching everyone who came in after them eat. After over an hour when they went to leave with no food being served, the staff did not apologize for the wait or how they were treated, in fact they went ahead and charged the ladies for the drinks they had! They ended up leaving and going back to training upset and hungry. Great job Ragazzi's staff, I will never recommend you to anyone again!

Read their negative reviews - that’s a true and accurate reflection of what you’ll experience. After one years time of having a mind-blowingly horrible take out order experience and leaving a scathing review (owners had it removed!) my wife tonight wanted to give them another chance - much to my hesitation. Same as it ever was - no changes to Ragazzi’s 1 ⭐️ experience. Called one hour later after placing online one medium sized 2 topping pizza delivery order. It should never ever take this long on a Thurs night. “Your pizza will be the next one going out”. What??? Deja Vu all over again. We canceled the order but Ragazzi said we had to contact DoorDash. DoorDash subsequently says Ragazzi’s has to cancel. In the meantime - ONCE AGAIN - Ragazzi’s substandard performance leaves us without a pizza delivered (order was canceled with both Ragazzis and DoorDash) but they made damn sure to charge our credit card.

One of my favorite place to grab lunch
Spaghetti sauce was bland. Ordered ziti, got linguini. Spouse says meatballs were ok.
Spouse ordered ceasar salad, got house salad.
Was not busy but food took quite a while to arrive.
Staff were very nice.
Salad was to cost $4 with entree. We were charged $5.99. After consulting with manager this was reduced by $1.20 but not reduced to the menu advertised price of $4.

Just to grab a bite near home and only one server on duty handling more take outs than patrons inside. One lady maybe the owner or a manager came and acted like she was doing us a favor to take our order. The place was empty and the bar area seemed busier. The pizza tasted good and the price was fair.
