I just ordered a supreme 12" pizza. It was pepperoni sausage onions green peppers which we switched for black olives. However there were NO MUSHROOMS and the supreme is supposed to have mushrooms. Disappointing.

When the employee brought me the menu, I told him to give me a minute. He kept coming to my table three times asking me if I was ready. ? Give me a break!!! He was rushing me and the place was empty ? The chicken breast wasn’t cooked well. Ragazzis is back!! I suppose they struggled through the pandemic like all of us and so many other restaurants with suppliers and quality. The same quality is back finally!! The service was always great. A real family place. So happy. Love the cheese they put on the pizza and the homemade sauce!

After a morning appointment took a lot longer than expected I was starving! So I head up Edgewater to see what I could see! I had just been to the Castle....ahhhh Ragazzi's. Of course at this time of day it wasn't busy at all. Service was great and the pizza made me no longer hangry! Fresh ingredients and warning a very generous pour on the drink!

we love Ragazzi's pizza, especially the chicken Carbonara pizza; cannot recommend it enough! i will say, the pizza is a little on the pricey side, but it's worth it because the specialty pizza options are delicious and some of them you can't find anywhere else. the pizzas are also very large so perfect for group functions!

I ordered the chicken parmigiana, which was excellent. It was too authentic chicken breasts rolled in breading in baked. It was not those ground up frozen chicken patties that so many places use these. I would definitely order that again as well as several of the other items on the menu. The stuffed pizza looked good and fairly thick, however I would not order the thin New York style pizza that they serve there. However, there are lots and lots of other options that I would love. I plan to go back again soonParking: They had enough parking for our group at 1:30 p.m., but I would guess that at peak. On weekends, they might run out of parking.

This place hands down has some of the best pizza and best price that I've had in all of Orlando definitely since North Carolina I'm super grateful for the team and I hope they remember the Bianca Pizza with banana peppers mine slipped off the table and so they made me a fresh one I couldn't be more grateful for such a great place. The waitress Rosie was super nice and helpfull. the guys in the kitchen were allsmiles... Definitely recommend this over any other pizza joint in town that's overpriced

It’s unfortunate that the ownership of this company did not respond to my email regarding a bad experience my family had last week. This restaurant has been going downhill for awhile now and the ownership does not care which is apparent from the moment you walk inside this establishment. Bad customer service, messed up order then expected us to pay for their mistake.
