Customer service is severely lacking. We visited their stand at Winter Park farmers market and waited 9 minutes for a shot. They served several others that came after us. When I inquired, an apology was not issued, simply a ‘I was busy making Smoothies’. What a shortcoming in the response. An acknowledgment of your shortcoming is all that is necessary. The final fail was that they didn’t note to shake the small plastic container that the shot came in and since it was obviously not fresh, the sediment (i.e. the majority of the nutrients) was stuck to the bottom. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve been to all the juice bars in central Florida and Raw is the BEST! Not only are the juices super delicious but you can tell they aren’t watered down like some other places I’ve been to. Always a positive experience with the staff there you feel like they truly care about YOU! Thanks Raw keep doing what you’re doing.
