If you’re looking for the perfect lunch spot, this place is a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a welcoming smile and the smell of freshly baked bread that instantly makes your mouth water.
The menu has something for everyone—classic favorites with a gourmet twist and some creative combinations that you can’t find anywhere else. I ordered the Italian with extra dressing, and it was phenomenal. The bread was perfectly, the ingredients were fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. The attention to detail really sets this place apart—you can tell everything is made with care.
Their sides and drinks are just as impressive. The [side item, e.g., homemade chips or a fresh salad] was the perfect complement, and the [drink option, e.g., craft lemonade or iced tea] was refreshing and made in-house.

Fantastic Deli! Chef Eric and Cole(?) were great! I ordered the Cowboy, BBQ pork and Angie’s Bambino sandwiches…(2 for big teenage boys) and the portions were ample - and everything was DELICIOUS!! Boar’s Head products used and large salads available. There were some great specialty subs and chopped cheese (I learned today from another customer from NY that is a big deal). Chef Eric even made some adjustments so that our eater with Celiac Disease could enjoy too! We’ll do more than just be back. We’ll make this a regular family staple!

I mean… you have to appreciate what this bodega is trying to do… and I love every bit of it… Boars Head al la mode…. To be honest, I think the grill area should be bigger bc the food is so great, they can do so much more if they had more space… With that being said I had a sample of the lasagne, solid 8 out of 10……. Super good …..And I had the chop cheese with smoked Gouda cheese.. I asked for no peppers and I wanted extra grilled onions… What I got was peppers and maybe a little of onions…. Complete opposite of what I asked for… But the sandwich did what it was supposed to do…. 4 out of 10 … That score is bc the amount of grease that was soaked into that bread… I have ate chop cheese a billion times from bodegas in NY and hands down this one was the most greasy one that I have ever ate.. I guess bc the person working the grill doesn’t know to scrap the grease off the grill as the meat produces it from being cooked… I only really got to eat 2 bites before I handled it to my uncle and he himself couldn’t eat it …. If the sandwich wasn’t overloaded and soggy from grease, it would have been a solid 8 out of 10.. It was grease overload times a billion… the bread was soaked heavy with grease..I will be in Florida for two years bc of work and while I am here, I will always come to this bodega.. The owners are super nice…. ..😊 😊😊😊😊♥️
A true staple of pine castle/conway. Grew up coming here, still make the hour drive today as often as I can for lunch when I can swing it. Good food, good people, there’s a reason Ray has been around forever, and I’m sure he’s here to stay. The day he retires will be bittersweet, he’s more than earned it, but those will be hard shoes to fill.
