Everything was great. Food came out exactly as ordered. Server was attentive. Great experience.
Good seafood meal at Red Lobster. The marine boil to share, lobster specials, Salmon salad bowl and the traditional fish and chips were all good value. Drinks where also great, good value for beer and free refills on soft drinks
We had a reservation at 7:45, we arrived at 7:40 and did not get seated until almost 830. It didn't seem like the restaurant was handling their reservation system very well.
Absolutely fantastic food, service beyond excellent. Even allowed our grandson to hold a live Lobster from their tank and gave him a certificate as proof he’d done it. We spent close on $50 per person on our last evening in Florida including starters, main meals and cocktails, for four adults, it was well worth the price for our experience and the quality of food. Great job guys and thanks.
Had to have food made 3times, but when it finally was made correctly it was delicious! Excellent service staff
Visited Red Lobster international Drive Orlando in November 2024, unfortunately payment was taken twice both in US dollars and English Stirling. Have attempted to receive a refund from both Red lobster and my bank, meanwhile I am $219 out of pocket, neither will refund. Please be careful when using card at Red Lobster. Won’t return next time we’re visiting Orlando.
Arrived in time to catch the end of a saga where someone waited 40 mins to collect his takeaway order but the restaurant got it wrong.
Anyway, the biscuits are nice as usual but salty. Sizeable portions and taste was ok.
Service was slow and it was difficult to get the service staff's attention.
