We were a large group and they were able to accommodate us really fast. Food and service was great

Our second visit. Enjoyed an early evening meal tonight, two steaks one with lobster, one with scallops and a child’s meal came to less than £70. Fabulous food and good value for money. Elisa was very attentive, topping up drinks and asking if there was anything further she could get for us. Highly recommend.

Red Lobster (8/23/25) – Everything Was Better Than the Lobster This was my first time eating at this Orlando location of the reincarnated national chain restaurant and first time at any Red Lobster since 2020. The look and feel of the place are generally consistent with their other restaurants. The have a large footprint of booth seating and a large bar. There is the signature lobster tank in full view when you enter. Our order included a Create Your Own Ultimate Feast ($45.99), with Maine lobster tail, snow crab legs, shrimp scampi (2), Brussels sprouts (add $2.99) and Snow Crabs (8oz - $12.99), a Create Your Own Ultimate Feast ($45.99) with Maine lobster tail, grilled sirloin (7oz), shrimp scampi and grilled shrimp skewer, a Surf & Turf with sirloin and Maine lobster tail ($38.99), l, a jumbo shrimp cocktail ($13.00), a Fish Fry Friday ($15.99) with shrimp scampi ($8.99), and a Child Shrimp Skewer ($7.99). What I Liked: -\tOur server was patient and engaged -\tThey handed out red beads with a red lobster hanging off it to kids -\tIn general, their food exceeded my expectations -\tThe Cheddar Bay Biscuits are complimentary -\tThe shrimp cocktail (6) was excellent and the best value of the meal -\tAlthough the snow crab legs required a lot of effort to open, they were a large size than expected and not water logged. -\tThe shrimp scampi (8 - A La Carte) was excellent -\tThe grilled shrimp (6 - Kid’s meal) were drier than the shrimp scampi but very good -\tThe lobster tails were not overcooked -\tThe sirloin was flavorful and juicy -\tThe Brussels sprouts and hush puppies were very good What I Did Not Like -\tThe sirloin was tough so you will need to cut it thin and across the grain -\tThey only provided a very small container of ketchup. It ran out quickly so I had to ask for more after a wait and it still was not enough -\tThe lobster tails were very salty and could have been crispier on top -\tThe coleslaw looked great but did not taste very good. I added some malt vinegar which made it edible. -\tThe fries were a bit salty for me My overall restaurant rating is 8.1/10. My Captain Snook rating is 8.6/10 Legions Below the Sea for the seafood (Shrimp cocktail – 9.4. Snow crabs – 9.3, Garlic shrimp – 8.6, Grilled shrimp 8.4 and Lobster tail – 7.3). My Prime Minister of Beef rating is 7.8/10.

Great place, didn't have to wait that long, biscuits as usual top taste, my daughter for the first time try lobster she absolute love it, the service was excellent I will come back

Crab boil is good but they could upgrade the preparation and salt by 10mg. Asparagus was not prepared well and served raw - looked microwaved not grilled. Biscuits excellent as usual!

Great food and service. We enjoyed the special consisting of choice of an app & 2 entrees for a fixed price. We started with Lobster Artichoke dip appetizer. Then we enjoyed lobster & shrimp scampi as 1 entree and grilled mahi mahi as the other.

I had the worst experience at this Red Lobster. I placed a curbside order and followed the instructions upon arrival, notifying the restaurant that I was outside. I even received a text saying my food was on its way. However, after waiting 15 minutes with no sign of my order, I had to go inside to pick it up myself—only to find that the food was cold. This was frustrating and completely defeated the purpose of curbside service. Very disappointing!

Be careful with your food mine came with a little surprise, PLASTIC. And the manager(Ms. Jerome) didn't care either. And, if you want to order from Ms. Chantelle make sure you order everything all at once because she will not come back to take additional orders.

I got the 3 shrimp platter with coconut shrimp, dragon, and shrimp scampi with a side of coleslaw and the famous cheddar biscuits. Everything was so good and the waiter was very attentive. It was easily walkable from the Orange County Convention Center. I definitely recommend!

Waitress was incredibly disorganized. Kept “forgetting” who ordered what, didn’t ask what my two children wanted after taking our order. Delivered multiple foods without condiments, no sauce on the calamari as was advertised. We ordered multiple lobster tails and received no butter for any of them. My wife asked to be sat away from people because of two colic babies but was placed in the middle of the restaurant. Lobster was tough and over cooked. It took over an hour to receive our food. It took 20 minutes just to get our drink order. Waitress brought us water and didn’t care to ask if we wanted anything else. Came to refill our waters and left multiple glasses empty only refilling her mixed alcoholic drink with water and seemed to be very jovial about it. I asked for a double shot and received barely a sip in the cup. Maybe take less Xanax before the job?

Excellent and abundant food, the breads are very delicious, the service was not all that good but I guess I went close to closing time, but I would highly recommend that place!!!

We had Orlando serve us dinner in Orlando! Food and service were excellent. A bit pricey I thought at $40 meal, especially since we have exchange to deal with but would still go back.
