We have enjoyed the closest Red Lobster to us here in Orlando. This team is wonderful at 9892 International Drive if you have been there... if not, please stop by someday and you will see it was a wonderful experience in food and service!
Food was just covered with cream sauce, hard to see a bite of lobster in it. Shrimp was just ok. My wife said same the dish she had which was a different dish. My daughter said her wings were underwhelming. The bathrooms were dirty. Not a good experience for us
It was bad - so bad someone had an accident on the bathroom and spread it all over the floor. An elderly woman with a cane was about to go inside and I had to stop her - do she didn't get hurt. It was one of the worst smells in my life.

Ayda was Amazing. She was extremely attentive and took great care of us. I have not been to red lobster in a long time and she made the experience truly exceptional. Thank you.

I don't usually have a great experience at Red Lobster but my daughter loves it so I suffer through it. However, this particular trip to this particular Red Lobster left me impressed. The crab was cooked excellently and so was the jambalaya. I asked for the jambalaya extra spicy and it was very spicy and delicious. Shai was our server, she was awesome! Very attentive and accommodating. We will be back to this location.

In all fairness, after our complaints were brought to the manager's attention, he made a personal best effort to address the service issues. First, for apologizing for the staff's uncleanliness and the entree preparation. Issues: the restaurant tables and floors were unclean. I watched closely as the hostess wiped down the table with a dirty cloth. She wiped all the former guests' leftover food particles on the floor. Never swept up the food that staff stepped in and tracked all over the restaurant. Using the same dirty cloth, she wiped the salt and pepper table shakers. I was completely grossed out and decided to leave. My spouse chose to tell our bar waitress, who responded that it was not her job. He went to the manager and told him what he had seen. The manager asked another person to sweep the floor. The amount of garbage swept from under that one table, where customers would be seated, was the nastiest. I said we were leaving. However, the manager assured us that he is correcting. I ordered the Jambalaya, and nothing was jamming about it. Just shrimp/rice with a huge amount of cajun and red pepper floating on it, and too hot to eat. The manager remade the dish according to his recipe, which came out better. Lastly, all our service utensils were caked with dried food particles. The manager replaced serviceware twice. The manager came over several times to ensure our experience had improved and offered a discount coupon at any Red Lobster. We appreciated this. Our bar waitress only wanted her tip, which she did not earn. Next, Red Lobster needs a dress code.

I went to an event, but wasn't able to get hrlp from MASA. However, both Karen and Annette took my take out order and were very friendly.
