Sat at bar and William the bartender took care of my needs. Lunch special with shrimp scampi was good with baked potato 🥔. Bloody Mary galore were quite palatable. Taking advantage of gift cards before franchise goes bellie up. I-Drive location is good location during week.

Due to short staffed we waited 10 minutes to get water or more. We waited 30 minutes to get food my friend had to go and say something to the hostess.

Daughter bought crab legs and they were out of leg crackers. Kinda surprised. I broke the legs for her and all was good. Food was great.

We have enjoyed the closest Red Lobster to us here in Orlando. This team is wonderful at 9892 International Drive if you have been there... if not, please stop by someday and you will see it was a wonderful experience in food and service!

Food was just covered with cream sauce, hard to see a bite of lobster in it. Shrimp was just ok. My wife said same the dish she had which was a different dish. My daughter said her wings were underwhelming. The bathrooms were dirty. Not a good experience for us

It was bad - so bad someone had an accident on the bathroom and spread it all over the floor. An elderly woman with a cane was about to go inside and I had to stop her - do she didn't get hurt. It was one of the worst smells in my life.

I don't usually have a great experience at Red Lobster but my daughter loves it so I suffer through it. However, this particular trip to this particular Red Lobster left me impressed. The crab was cooked excellently and so was the jambalaya. I asked for the jambalaya extra spicy and it was very spicy and delicious. Shai was our server, she was awesome! Very attentive and accommodating. We will be back to this location.
