The Red Lobster in Universal Orlando has a bad service. The food was pricey and the staff’s attitudes were disappointing to me.

We want to give a shout out to our excellent server, Alex. We ate at the Waterford Red Lobster on Friday evening. Part of our group was late because of the plane crash on University and then we needed to rush to leave because of the terrible storm. Alex provided excellent service the whole time. With delightful humor and a big smile, we felt like he was family by the time we were leaving. Keep up your excellent work and attitude, Alex!
