Savanah was great. The food was mediocre and disappointing. Lobster bisque was really watery and no lobster in it but it was a nice atmosphere and service. My cousin said the chicken was a little rubbery. Drinks were decent but too much ice (grandma said). We went for my grandmas birthday, she loves Red Lobster but she was really disappointed.

Well I ordered Cajun chicken pasta
Disappointed the pasta was not edible
So over cooked it was all stuck together and soft ,sauce congeal, chicken was ok tg

Christina was amazing! Our drinks were never empty, constantly brining bread. I can’t say enough good things. The food was great, service was even better. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to red lobster for years. My best friend and I always have our bestie dates at RL since the late 90s. Recently visited this location twice and my food was just meh. Both times I got the ultimate feast and both times the crab that was served was sub par. For a meal that costs $45-$50 I expect to get what I’m paying for and that’s a full serving of crab. Both times my crab was missing a leg and a claw and when brought to the attention of the server the manager told us that it it’s over weight they rip off legs to make it the weight is supposed to be. As I stated I been going to RL for over 20 years and it’s always been 1/4 lb of crab and NEVER have I received crabs with missing legs and claws! On top of that my food arrived cold but since I was hungry I opted not to have it warmed up. The temperature didn’t bother me nearly as the skimpy serving of crabs did! As much as it sucks for my bestie and I, we will not be returning to RL as it’s honestly not enough bang for my buck.

Ivy and Cassidy helped my husbnd who is limited to walk. They were so kind and offered to help. As well as talking to us and making small talk while waiting for my husband to sit. Then my helpful efficient waitress Katelyn served us well and did all that was needed.. Now Craig your mamager. I am so surprised how the staff is here and i believe its all because of him. What a kind and efficient man. He changed this restaurant. Now its more inviting and luring to the customers. He truly has trained his staff to make the customers feel like home. Thank u.

My husband and I haven’t been to Red Lobster in years and we had a great overall experience. Christina our server was 10/10 amazing!! Food was excellent! Upon arrival the door was opened for us and the hostess was very sweet. We will definitely be back & will be requesting Christina as our server every time.

We were right outside the kitchen, so it was fairly noisy with server chit chat and the table behind us was having issues, so it was disturbing. The manager was very accommodating with replacing a meal that had a day dot Sticker in it. Unfortunately we waited so long for the original meal....... And then had to wait 10 minutes more. I believe the manager's name is Greg (from PA).. he stopped by to visit and our conversation was very pleasant. The server did replace our biscuits .
