Red Lobster

Out of crab, out of lobster, out of grilled shrimp, then ran out of iced tea. Only thing that made it bearable was the sweet server.

I made a reservation for 2:45pm and still had to wait until 3:23pm to get seated. Food didn't arrive until after 4pm. I ordered a salmon sesame soy bowl and it was delicious. My brother ordered salmon with mashed potatoes. He said it was also delicious, except they only gave him a very tiny scoop of mashed potatoes. Not a regular scoop, but literally a tiny scoop that with two bites it was gone. My mom ordered the maine lobster tails and baked potato. She said the baked potato was undercooked and hard. Also the lobster tails were undercooked. She couldn't eat, which was so sad because she was the reason we went for mother's day. But our waiter was so attentive and sweet, and the manager apologized to my mother and didn't charge us for her plate. He also gave her a complimentary cheesecake. So all in all, the people were very nice although we knew they were overwhelmed because it was mother's day and the place was packed. The only two mishaps was having to wait so long to be seated even though we had a reservation, and mom's food. Otherwise, everything else was good.

This was the first time that I have been at a red lobster in a long time. They have come a long way. Food was delicious and excellent . Service very slow and has to be improved a lot. Why don't servers take empty dishes and glasses from the table?

Forget 'curb side pickup' actually means since you never get a text, you end up spending extra time waiting in the parking lot before going in only to find out your food has been sitting under the heat lamp. The pricing and portions are illogical at best. $8 for only 2 bacon wrapped scallops is ridiculous. $20 for 'pick 3' shrimp get you 16 shrimp depending on your choices, mine had only 4 coconut shrimp. While adding on shrimp is only $5 for 6 shrimp. The math doesn't add up. There were two broccoli sides ordered and we were either only given one, or the "two" we got aligned with the other miss proportioned/priced menu items. Listed on the bill is a pina colada, granted no charge, but we did not order or receive that drink, further indicating the disorganization in this establishment. The food we got was tasty, just not worth the blatant cash grab nor poor service. Seems dining must be the best chance at actually getting what is on the menu and your money's worth.

Rosemary was our server and she was AMAZING!! We stopped in for lunch and had a great time. The food was fresh and the service was fast!! Definitely will be coming back with hopes the gumbo will be revived and put back on the menu :)

Our family loves Red Lobster. We’ve been to six different ones. This one was the best. The atmosphere was nice, the restaurant was clean, our server was excellent, and somehow the food was better than in other Red Lobsters. We spoke to the manager to complement her on the restaurant and she was very nice and enthusiastic.

We took our granddaughters to this Red Lobster on 2/16/25 for a belated Valentine’s Day treat and everything was perfect! The food was excellent, prepared perfectly and delivered hot. Our waiter Michael M. was the best waiter we have ever had! Every time we needed something he was right there without being intrusive. He was very funny, kind, courteous and professional! The manager was very nice and kept a close eye on everything. He stopped by our table to see if everything was going well. We don’t eat out often, but when we do, this Red Lobster will be where we go from now on!

I ordered the Shrimp Your Way Choose 4 & it had only 2 out 4 shrimp and 2 tablespoon of rice Also my order was suppose to be ready at 4:56 curbside I didn't get my order until 5:25.. Spent almost 98.00 for the worst service ever.

What an excellent experience this evening!! It’s Valentine’s Day and I expected the worst as we had no reservations and it’s a Friday night. We had a great experience sitting at the bar, out servers Katy and Mark we just fantastic!! Attentive efficient just wonderful. I ordered a New York strip, expecting it not to be much as it is a seafood restaurant, but it was also surprisingly AMAZING! This has never been my favorite place, but Katy and Mark might make us regulars. Thanks again guys! From your corona with lime and Josh Cab customers.
