Food quality has dropped a lot since owner changed.. hadn't gone since owner changed... went last week, and pasta was terrible and flavorless, and fish was dry and rubbery. Also, the rice was plastic textured.. overcooked rice.. the onlyngood thing were the classic red lobster biscuits which I took home in abundance because I love popping them in the toaster and munching them while chilling and/or working.

Very disappointing. The quality of the crab legs was very poor. The meat was dried out and flavorless. Luckily the shrimp scampi was good, so we didn't go away hungry.

I come here a lot me and my wife my son I bring my whole family here and the service from Sam Craig. The manager is top notch. I sit at the bar most of the time and I get treated like a royal princess. My husband and I come here every Saturday and all my the food just gets better and better. I’ve seen Sam the bartender go to the back and make sure my food comes out extremely hot the way we like it. They treat me as if I’m a princess. This is under my husband‘s account as you can see his name we own a restaurant downtown and they know it’s very well and I have no complaints. If I don’t like it, they change it. They fix it, which is very rare cause I always like their cooking cause they make sure my food comes out well done extremely hot. I don’t have to ask for refills. Everything is top notch. Craig is amazing Sam. Is amazing there’s not much I can say but amazing amazing amazing this is from Jeanette and Eric you guys know who we are I go nowhere else but here on Saturdays

One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life.
The service was unbelievably bad — the employees were extremely rude, didn’t listen when we called them, and acted like they didn’t care at all. The food was also disappointing and not worth the price. For the amount they charge, you expect better taste and better behavior.

I been seeing the buzz about the seafood boils. Flavor was good had the garlic butter, but not great. For the price should be more food, no eggs either. Kinda felt like a rip off. Also the waitress was nice but she could have done the table side service better. She just laid my bag down.
