Disappointed Longtime Fan – Not the Same Anymore

I used to absolutely love the Margherita pizza here and would rave about it As a local in Central Florida, I’ve recommended this spot countless times to friends and visitors alike, especially those heading to the theme parks or CityWalk.

Unfortunately, my visit today—June 19, 2025—was a huge disappointment. After months, I finally came back for what used to be my favorite pizza, only to find that the quality has gone downhill. The flavors, the freshness of the tomato sauce, the overall experience—it just wasn’t the same. I did get confirmation from an employee they changed the ingredients. 🥺😢

It truly saddens me to say I can no longer recommend this place. What was once a must-visit gem has lost its magic. Such a shame.

Delicious, fresh-fired pizzas loaded with toppings of your choice. The open kitchen lets you watch the dough-tossing action. Service is quick, making it a great late-night option. With outdoor seating, it’s also nice to relax and people-watch in the heart of CityWalk.

it was the only place open after 11 at city walk so we had to go there
the staff was nice and helpful they r busy but still very accommodating and respectful
the food is average the pizza had had very light cheese and ingredients and kind of over priced but expected for a tourist area the drinks were 5 dollars 😄 I can afford it but hate to waste money 🤓

Waited for the app to update that my pizza was ready, never did. When I finally had enough of waiting, I went up and asked about my order . It was under heat lamps and the person didn't even apologize. Pizza was cold and not appetizing

Very nice it was pouring it down and the park was about too shut I hadn’t had lunch and it was just the perfect thing to eat. Perfectly positioned in the park . Needs more tables as it was very busy and we had to share a table with some strangers. Took a while for the food but worth it I wolfed it down. Best pizza I’ve had in America

At 1.30 am ordered a pizza. Half done we got it after 2 am so they made it quick. No napkins. All tables dirty. Pizza not recommended for the price. Perhaps they should close at the same time as the other restaurants.

Save yourself the experience and go somewhere else. Nothing like waiting for over 30 minutes for a mobile order that was placed 20 minutes before we arrived. People were walking in and ordering to go and leaving faster. Apparently, the staff view people waiting in the pickup line as invisible. Both pizzas we got were mediocre and burnt on one side. Just pick something else.

I ordered half pesto and half roasted chicken with pesto base and ricotta cheese. I would say it’s not a bad pizza if you like white base. My wife loved it though.

After sitting an hour and watching people that come in way behind us get their food, 3xs to the counter when we got our food it was wrong order. Don't waste your time.

My favorite place to eat here - and we've eaten at many. Even if it's super busy, the food comes out fast and the pizza is delicious. The need to figure out a better ordering system but still the best.

I don't know what happened to this place, but, after having pizza here for 7+ years now, I think I'll be going elsewhere. I have ordered the same pizza for years, big eye pepperoni, prosciutto, peppers, onions and extra cheese. What I received was less pepperoni than prior (no biggie....would have asked for double if I knew thou), peppers, onions, no prosciutto, and I guess extra cheese. I'll leave that as questionable, but I can say, there is more cheese on a DiGiorno than the extra cheese on this pizza. I asked the person that brought pizza about the prosciutto, he apologized and brought out a dish with the meat on it. I was about to toss the meat on the pizza and found the plate and meat cold.

I went to talk to the cooks, then manager and was told that they had always had cold prosciutto. I told them no, that I have ordered it this way for many years now and have had no issues with hot prosciutto and usually the extra cheese went over it. The story then changed to a chef came in 2 years ago and said not to heat the prosciutto that it gets too salty. Umm, we"re talking a form of ham....which is salty. Also, I can say that, I did have my usual pizza with said heated meat within the year. So, is it the chef, is it forgetting to put on when created, and/or, do they really think people are going to eat cold meat on a pizza? Does the Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza on menu come with cold meat too? And while we're at it, if this is a new rule, does the team members taking the orders know this so they can tell the guests ordering?

So many questions......
