Pizza was pretty good but service is horrible. Ordered our pizza togo and was told it would take 15-20 minutes. Wrong, it took an hour, just left the park, it was hot, humid and we we just wanted to get our pizza to go home. At an hour wait, went to the front to speak with someone, looked like 2 managers walk by and not one acknowledged me, workers were standing around laughing in the back, workers were leaving with their own pizzas. There was a crowd around the pickup window so several people had been waiting for a while. Had to go inside to ask a cashier since no one would stop to help, finally saw an employee approach the front with a pizza, he asked one person of it was there's, they said no and he put it on the side, never yelled out the name or made any attempt to find the person picking up. That's when I realized my order was sitting on the counter, cold, no one called out my name and when I had previously asked, was told it wasny ready if they hadn't called out my name. Horrible experience!

We enjoyed a basic cheese pizza and arugula and prosciutto pizza. Both were big and very tasty. The view was entertaining and staff was nice. I would recommend.

Park wasn't busy followed universals suggestions for allergy by placing an allergy note and was ignored along with someone else who placed a order and both were marked completed didn't even get to see if I could eat and left disappointed

Disappointed Longtime Fan – Not the Same Anymore
I used to absolutely love the Margherita pizza here and would rave about it As a local in Central Florida, I’ve recommended this spot countless times to friends and visitors alike, especially those heading to the theme parks or CityWalk.
Unfortunately, my visit today—June 19, 2025—was a huge disappointment. After months, I finally came back for what used to be my favorite pizza, only to find that the quality has gone downhill. The flavors, the freshness of the tomato sauce, the overall experience—it just wasn’t the same. I did get confirmation from an employee they changed the ingredients. 🥺😢
It truly saddens me to say I can no longer recommend this place. What was once a must-visit gem has lost its magic. Such a shame.

Delicious, fresh-fired pizzas loaded with toppings of your choice. The open kitchen lets you watch the dough-tossing action. Service is quick, making it a great late-night option. With outdoor seating, it’s also nice to relax and people-watch in the heart of CityWalk.

it was the only place open after 11 at city walk so we had to go there the staff was nice and helpful they r busy but still very accommodating and respectful the food is average the pizza had had very light cheese and ingredients and kind of over priced but expected for a tourist area the drinks were 5 dollars 😄 I can afford it but hate to waste money 🤓

Waited for the app to update that my pizza was ready, never did. When I finally had enough of waiting, I went up and asked about my order . It was under heat lamps and the person didn't even apologize. Pizza was cold and not appetizing

Very nice it was pouring it down and the park was about too shut I hadn’t had lunch and it was just the perfect thing to eat. Perfectly positioned in the park . Needs more tables as it was very busy and we had to share a table with some strangers. Took a while for the food but worth it I wolfed it down. Best pizza I’ve had in America :)

At 1.30 am ordered a pizza. Half done we got it after 2 am so they made it quick. No napkins. All tables dirty. Pizza not recommended for the price. Perhaps they should close at the same time as the other restaurants.
