Came to eat supper with some business colleagues. The waitress from the git go seemed irritated. Food came out and all of it was sub par. One of burgers were extremely spicy. We asked the waitress if the burger was supposed to be spicy, she said that she would check with the kitchen staff. About 10 minutes went by and nothing happened. When she passed back by we asked her again if she had checked with the kitchen staff, she said she was going to do it now. Then somebody else stopped by saying that we requested to speak to a manager. We said no our waitress was going to check with the kitchen staff about why the burger was so spicy when it was not supposed to be. After the manager spoke to us our waitress completely avoided us. We had done nothing wrong, no yelling, no cussing, and no being disrespectful. Would hate to see how they actually handle conflict when somebody is actually unhappy.

Did not eat here. Parking was horrible and we were told it was a 25 to 30 mon wait and only saw 2 couples at tables dining so I guess they were only using 2 tables and the rest were just for looks....
My first time dining at a Red Robin. Sat at the bar with Lauren. She was so personable and helped me decide what to order. Will definitely be back again this week⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks Lauren and the staff at Idrive RR! The host was friendly as well🙏🙏

I have severe allergies and they have taken fantastic care of me both times I have been in the area. They even put allergy pics in the food and explained their allergy protocol so I feel safe. And one of the best gluten free buns I have ever had.

I ordered the chicken wings and fries. However, the fries were soggy underneath the chicken wings. I did order another basket of fries since it's bottomless fries, and it was so much better. It's better to not put the wings on top of the fries.
