Food was spectacular! Had the Mushroom Swiss Truffle Burger. The sauce on it was delicious and the fries were good. Service was fast too and there are Coca Cola machines to refill your drinks. The only thing is that it is pricey.

Service was good. Ordered online, through the universal app, clicked prepare my order, scanned the table and they brought the food to us. No pics this time, it was a ordinary burger and fries wi^ a drink for $20. Bit priced.

To expensive for a small ok burger no refill on drinks.

Tried their mushroom swiss truffle burger, which was ok. The shake was more like icecream (was told their machine has an issue since last 8months) and they think still continue to sell it. Could have done better!

I really want to eat here, but they close so early , and at odd times. I wish I could tell you their food is amazing, but every time I try to eat there. They’re closed.

They reaaaally want you to use their mobile app. You have to order from your table, which has the table number on it. You'll have to enter that number.

I wish the burger was as robust in quantity as it looked in the photo. The taste, however, of my mushroom truffle burger was quite good. Not to over cooked with some pink in the middle, as I like it (not made to order mind you). Chilli cheese fries was a nice quantity. As were the toppings.

I usually order a burger and truffle fries from Richter's and the food is always so good, and the service is great, they have many Coca-Cola refill drink machines that always have ice. Not bad for a theme park quick service restaurant.

Terrible experience, bought 6 hamburgers, fries and drinks (NO REFILL) for $160 and they were dry and beef did not taste good. I wouldn’t choose this restaurant while on universal. I wish I can have a refund, we had to literally throw away half of the food. No one finish the dish.

DO NOT GET THE PLANT BASED BURGER!! Taste like it's made with old ingredients and have no idea how they can call it edible. Also got the normal burger and for a burger place I was severely disappointed. Burger had no flavor and bacon, lettuce, and tomato looked/tasted like cardboard.

It cute restaurant and good seat outdoor.
The burger was 5 out of 10. We enjoyed seat outside in front of lake.. The burger was not good enough for me with that price IBut it's OK at Universal studio

There was 14 of us and everyone got their food within minutes while me and my girlfriend waited 30 minutes just for them to give us the wrong food
