Took well over an hour for a mediocre burger that was cold when the place was at about half capacity it appeared. I’ve had better service and better food at almost every fast food place I’ve eaten at. Horrible experience, and a massive waste of time.

Honestly? I didn't think I would find a restaurant that I despise this much in my life. The food was good, but the fact that you have to download the app, set up all of your payments, give a blood sample, learn rocketscience, and finally get to order your food....without any restrooms inside the place, very disapointing.

Its cold. The workers are pretty nice, but not very helpful. The “milkshakes” are just soft serves inside of a CUP. The “consistency of their machine” just spews out pure soft serve ice cream. The food is generic, but the fries are good. Literally just go somewhere else. Not worth it at all.

Ended up here as we were a little desperate to get off our feet and needed some food without a reservation or long wait. Wish we hadn't. Food was not good at all - burger was lukewarm, cheese was cold, no atmosphere or service to speak of. The "shakes" are actually soft serve.

My son and I had the most wonderful experience at the park due to the manager Danny at Richter's Burgers. If it was not for his kind and thoughtful help we would had a dismal experience. I just wanted everyone to know that he went above and beyond what is expected of a manager. Thank you and know that you have a very special place in my families hearts because of your kindness and consideration of our "special" circumstance. Thank you again....I would recommend Richter's Burgers and knowing how helpful and kind the the staff can be I give 5 stars...

Bad experience, long waiting time, cold food, unfriendly staff, and also one of the worst burgers I ate during the trip to the US. It's a shame not to have read the opinions before entering. If you read this, I advise you to look for another place to eat within the park. It's easy to improve.

Cost 83$ for the most generic lunch we’ve had in awhile. The place is loud and cold. The cups are single use so if you let your finger slip while filling them, you’re out of luck. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a burger. All the burgers in the area taste the same and drink water with your meal. I wish we hadn’t stopped here.

Ate there a couple weeks ago. Food was solid, standard burger and fries. Staff worked with us to have a dairy free burger, they made it separate and brought it out marked. Daughter also had a birthday park pin and got a free milkshake. Note if you get a drink, no refills.Dietary restrictions: Had dairy free burger. Required a different bun and no cheese.

Came here while visiting universal. Setup is very customer friendly, seat yourself and order through QR. They will bring your food to you. Soda was $5 with no refills and water was $6. Burger was made quickly, cooked well done and fairly dry. We had mushroom swiss, counted about 4 mishrooms per burger. Pleasant atmosphere. Overall, prices are high for sub par food.

Terrible place to eat, don't come and leave your money here, we ordered 2 hamburgers and a salad, a juice and a soda for almost 60 dollars, it took almost an hour and 30 minutes to deliver it, when the food arrives it arrives cold and in a terrible presentation, the cheese from an almost frozen hamburger, we told one of the workers that he could heat it up and that he was missing the vegetables and he rudely gave us the vegetables and apart from that when they arrive with the food at the table the waitress almost throws the food at you . I would not set foot in this place again, terrible service in every sense, not even the QR codes on the tables work correctly.
