Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Mia did a great job taking care of us when stopping at this Rita's. We loved the flavors that were available. We always order a Gelati with vanilla custard. Yum! Yum!

Please stop by and read this: I was craving for some good ice cream told my husband to please lets try Rita’s ice cream and this really spoiled my craving bc the cherry ice had no flavor and it was frozen wasn’t able to enjoy my ice cream, I would never try Rita’s again!

Great customer service. Even gave us some free Italian ice for our little one. Was a little disappointed they didn't have any hard custard, just soft serve. But it's a smaller location and they just don't have the room for it. Thanks Kevin for the great service!

This has to be my favorite Rita’s ever. The store is not only incredibly clean, but your staff is AMAZING! There are so many delicious flavors to choose from. This is my second time having Rita’s and both Colton and Elizabeth were so friendly, knowledgeable (I didn’t know the difference between ice cream and frozen custard) they treat their other coworkers with the utmost respect, which matters when you go to a store. You want to see the employees getting along well… it makes for an overall wonderful environment. Great management, great staff, and THE BEST frozen custard.

I like their ice creams, they are really delicious.

Busy store but always friendly staff. Lately they (along with other nearby Rita’s) have been out of the cheesecake flavor . They did have hand scooped flavors on the board as available that were unfortunately out. Wish the board was a bit more accurate but overall good store with nice customer service.

The employee Colton that works at this location is AMAZING!!! If he isn’t already the manager, he really needs to be!! My family and I spent the last week here in FL for my son’s 9th birthday. When we walked in, my son had seen the Rita’s mascot in the store. My son who is special needs asked if we could buy it for his birthday. Colton went above and beyond after hearing our conversation (trying to explain to our son that they aren’t for sale and they don’t have them online to buy) Colton asked us to come back the next day and he would see what he could do. The next day we go and Colton FOUND ONE FOR OUR SON!! We couldn’t believe the loving jester Colton gave to us, complete strangers. My son will never forget this (and neither will we)
