The Roaring Fork is a quick service / counter service restaurant at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Conveniently located in the main. building and not too far from the Copper Creek Pool. Standard Disney items: sandwiches, salads, etc. Order at the counter and they bring out the food to your table. To go orders available. Self-serve refrigerated items. Minus one star for cramped and noisy inside seating area and dirty outside tables. A little extra bussing would help.
All the cast members, whether on the kitchen staff or behind the register, really worked hard delivering the Spirit of Disney. All were very friendly. The food was delicious. Every day, we had breakfast and had lunch and dinner one time during our stay. I recommend the bacon egg & cheese croissant with potato barrels, western chicken strips, and bacon cheeseburger, and if you are thinking about the grizzly bear claw, you better have a hungry group ready to share. We love this quick service restaurant because the menu is exactly what we would like to eat when we are at the Wilderness Lodge. The prices are high, as they are all over Disney World, but if you accept that the selection of food is more than ok. Everything is freshly prepared and they have some unique items, like e.g. the Bear Claw (feeds 6) ;-)
The dining room is ok but a bit noisy. Also, you have tons of people coming through to fill up their mugs. Sitting outside...
