Calamari was like chewing on rubber bands The chopped salad was not good. Neither were the 2 house vinaigrettes. Both seafood raviolis for the table were at room temperature at best. It's just wasn't that good for $$$

I really wish I could have remembered my waitresses name, she was kind and kept my drink filled. I was a party of one and I was treated like I was a party of 4+. The food was also really tasty and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere. I would certainly eat here again because of the staff and the food. The portions were fair and the taste was great, I'd recommend for sure.

the attention is terrible; It was very hot and when discussing it with the manager, he only said that only one air conditioner was working and that if we had any complaints we would make it through this means (it is not a response from a manager) I will not go to this restaurant again

Visited the restaurant a couple of times during our 2 week holiday ion the area, Great good and service, staff very friendly and courteous. Food fantastic, with the select your own pasta a great idea. We wold certainly visit again and recommend

Great food and service. You can't go wrong with the Brussel Sprouts, we get them every time as an appetizer. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the last two times we have gone, there have been a few nats flying around. Please take care of this. Otherwise, we had a great time!

We didn't have a good dining experience. Kept telling our server that I was allergic to lemon and he kept putting lemon on my tea drink. The calamari was awful!! It was super chewy and it seems that the calamari had been frozen for a long time that has the freezer burned look. We asked for another bread and didn't get another one. Got our entrees but was cold since it took forever to get it to our table.

I have dined in Macaroni Grill locations across the United States. All have been fantastic experiences and I always looked forward to visiting the Macaroni Grill. On a recent visit to Orlando Fl we decided to go off the hotel property for dinner and after a google search I was excited to the Macaroni Grill location pop up. We found the restaurant and it even had a huge sign in the front saying "We are open". Upon entering the restaurant I noticed two people seated at the bar and maybe 4 tables of people dining. I spoke with the hostess and informed her the number in our party. She asked if I had a "reservation". I told her i did not. She then informed me that we could not be seated unless we had a reservation. I commented there were plenty of open tables and was then told by the hostess that they are "short staffed" and we could NOT be seated.I am now done with the Macaroni Grill and will never enter into the restaurant chain again. If you can't manage to hire and train enough employee's to keep your operation running then I do not trust you make food for me or my family.

I had not been to Macaroni Grill in a while. We remembered as excellent but not this time. The food taste very bland. My aunt had the trio and the chicken Parmesan taste like frozen chicken. They serve big dishes but the food/pasta was not tasty. My mom had the salmon one of the high price dishes and the salmon was dried and burned. Our serve was ok too, the restaurant was empty we were honestly the only party and we had to continuously call him as we need it diff things, he was not attentive at all.
Our dinner was kind of a hot mess. Our server was all over the place and even though the restaurant was pretty much empty, service was not great. He was overly friendly, and even though the food was good, the overall experience was not enjoyable. The server also tried to upsell a shot on a cocktail that we had ordered, saying that the cocktail contains very little alcohol. which did not make any sense. At this point the manager came over and explained this was not the case. We were celebrating a birthday and brought in our own cake, and after it was brought to the table and we sang, plates and forks were not delivered for a while for us to eat the cake.

Don't waste your time with these clowns or their low quality business. After my initial review I've was contacted by the management wanting to "correct the issue"...after months of back and forth as well as supposedly different levels of management all responding from the same email address, there was never any resolve just more frustration and disdain for the restaurant, management and the brand in general. This has always been my favorite restaurant. They closed all the ones in Texas so I was very happy when I saw one by my hotel. I ordered online to just pick it up. The food was amazing. I always order the shrimp portofino with extra pine nuts. It was so good and the hot when I picked it up. The inside of the restaurant is so pretty and just like I remembered it. It gives the feel of a upscale Italian restaurant. The staff was also very friendly when I picked up the order. I will definitely be stopping here again when I have my next trip to Orlando!

We went to the Macaroni Grill for a quick bite after a day at the pool. The restaurant was quite empty, but they have a back room where a wedding reception was taking place. Our server was very pleasant . I had penne pasta dish and my husband had the lasagna. I also added on a Caesar salad. The food was OK as was the salad. Our reservation was at 7:15. We were surprised that it became more busy around 8:00. I would go back, the price is right and the food is OK
