A delightful surprise at Walt Disney World, service and food were both top notch. Don't miss the guacamole or the cocktails. Only complaint is how busy it is (restaurant is much larger than it appears) and the exorbitant cost of parking (they do validate).

The table guacamole and chips and salsa were my personal favorite. The guava colada was so good. I will definitely go back to try so other things on the menu. Thank you Quinn for making our anniversary dinner magical!

On 12/18/25 around 630pm. Our waitress was clearly under the influence of something. We had a reservation and sat in the lounge area. She was very sloppy- spilling water when pouring into our glasses, slid the salsa on the table which spilled, and then completely spilled my iced tea everywhere. It went all over our table, on my son’s lap and on the floor. It took her over two minutes to return to our table (but first she stopped at the table next to us thinking it was their table that needed the towels!) with bath towels and at that point we had already cleaned up the mess with our napkins (other than the floor). She was completely out of it and put the towels on the floor and asked if we were ready to order while our table was in complete disarray… my husband pointed out that our table was a mess and she asked if we wanted a new table. At that point, I went to the front and the manager (I assume) moved us to another table and with a new waitress after I told her what had happened. However our original waitress continued to serve customers! I emailed the dining team at the Swan and Dolphin and was told my concerns were relayed to the Rosa Mexicano team and they would reach out. It’s been several weeks and I’ve heard nothing. As frequent customers of the restaurant AND hotels I’m highly disappointed.

Love it the only thing that was a little off was the tortilla you gotta eat quick otherwise once it gets cold it gets hard

Fátima and Manager Karli were both unable to take a boiled egg order today. There were precisely only two customers in the entire restaurant this morning and visibly the entire kitchen staff was chatting and not doing ANY work. Absolutely zero concept of customers service. This is how the place becomes 3-star rated on Google. Multi year Titanium customer here; shame in you Marriott! Please don’t come here.

My family and I were staying at the Dolphin hotel for this whole week for Christmas. We have an extremely early wake up time tomorrow at 4am to drive back to North Carolina. We simply just wanted to place a take out for just one order of nachos before bed. It’s Christmas night so I get it’s busy but one male bartender was busy serving 3 customers and said the other male bartender would help. Well the other bartender never came over to my family and I as we patiently waited at the counter just to put a quick to-go order. Completely ignored us. Very rude and unacceptable customer service. We still stay at the Dolphin hotel in the future because the hotel service is excellent but if you choose to eat at this restaurant I would see how it is dining in and sitting to eat. Don’t expect to be served/acknowledged if you’re just doing a to-go order.

Service was terrible. Saw the waiter once when we ordered, someone else dropped off the food and did not see the waiter again until he dropped off the check with the tip already added. Skip this place.

There were numerous positives about this restaurant, starting with Solia, our server, who was an absolute delight. She made fresh guacamole tableside, and it was excellent. The chips were fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the salsa was flavorful—a great start to the meal.

I ordered a spicy margarita made with pepper-infused tequila and cucumber. It was refreshing, delicious, and had just the right kick. Not too spicy for me—but if you’re someone who thinks mild salsa is “living dangerously,” choose carefully.

For dinner, we split the chicken fajitas. They weren’t anything spectacular, but they were good—solid, dependable fajitas that got the job done.

The atmosphere was loud and busy, definitely on the energetic side. And the service? Fast. Very fast. Maybe too fast. Blink and your meal might be over before you’ve fully settled into your seat.

Overall, a tasty stop with great guacamole, great drinks, and great service—just don’t expect a long, lingering dining experience.

This used to be one of the best restaurants on property, but file this under Private Equity Ruins Everything. Trispan partners has drastically reduced quantity and quality of what is coming out of the kitchen, in an effort to boost profits. The change is way more drastic than the impact of labor and food prices. For $80 I shouldn’t be leaving a restaurant like this hungry, but the tacos and enchiladas are now so small I challenge anyone to find tortillas that small in a grocery store. Don’t ignore the red flags.

Honestly, the protein portions were pretty small, and for the price they’re charging, it just didn’t feel worth it. I left still feeling hungry, which definitely shouldn’t happen at that cost. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it based on what you actually get.

Don’t sit at the bar!!! You will not get served ever. Worst bar service I’ve ever experienced in my life!!! Waited over 30 minutes for our drinks!!!
