We had an 8:15 dinner reservation, dinner rush was gone. The table side guacamole was very good. The shrimp tempura taco was crispy and delicious. Service was friendly.
What a great time! And delicious food. Tableside guac was with the chips brought as soon as we sat, so no additional “warm chips” per the menu. And the kitchen was making a fresh batch of pico so it wasn't served with the chips, and it never came. But you know what? The food was still great, the server was phenomenal, and I will make sure to keep on our short list when in town next.
Our family of four - 2 adults and 2 kids had dinner at this restaurant during our recent visit to DisneyWorld. Our servers were very friendly and ensured we understood everything about our meal choices. We will return the next time we visit the WDW.
The food is amazing, especially the Baja fish tacos and the parillada, but the amount of food you get for the rice is not worth it, very pricey for little tiny tacos, my kids said after eating their birria quesatacos, well I guess fast food after. Is very tasty but expensive, the sides you can get a la carte being more than the actual main entree
The service was wonderful but like everything else in Disney world is very over priced for the quality of food.
We were seated 30 minutes late in a table way too small and in a corner where every server bumped into us when putting things into the computer. Possibly, the worst meal of our trip
Waited over an hour for main dishes to be served. Diners around us who arrived later than we did were served and finished their meals before our food arrived. The manger can over to apologize to us and said our food would be out but then it took an additional 15 minutes before it did. When the food did arrive it was not as we hoped. Just OK tasting. The manager did take some of this off the bill which we appreciated but we will probably not visit this restaurant again we return to Orlando.
The service here was ridiculously slow. Then when we did get our food, it was soggy. Not impressed with this location at all.
We have dined here multiple times since it has previously been celiac safe. This time none of it was safe. Food that was ordered was brought out with gluten. That we identified. The orders were delivered incorrectly. Cheese quesadillas came with chicken. Hamburger came with cheese. When servers were notified met with a shrug of the shoulders. Our family member became ill. Horrible dining experience. Not again.
Rosa Mexicano at Disney's Dolphin Resort was a fantastic dining experience for our family. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about our Celiac needs, ensuring safe, delicious gluten-free meals. Breakfast Churro Waffles, dinner's shrimp tacos, and the tasty pineapple guac were highlights. The margaritas, though pricey, were very good. The vibrant atmosphere and attentive service made every visit special. We returned multiple times and highly recommend it, especially for Gluten Free / Celiacs.

On this particular evening. Service was a little slow. They acknowledged it and were very helpful, friendly and worked through it.
Service and food exceeded our expectations. Great kids menu. Staff was very welcoming. We were not staying on property and the restaurant validated our parking pass- which was also a nice perk!
Very loud and filled with lots of kids from the Disney parks, but overall it was fine. The food was good.
We went for our anniversary and we were so lucky to be served by Edgar V. Not only did he give us the best food recommendations but his service was 10/10. The food was incredible and the service matched. I would come again and recommend anyone else to go.
