Food came out cold and with no taste or poor taste. Very load and hard to communicate with individuals you are dining with

Good was great but be prepared to be rushed by the staff. We had an appetizer, drinks and dinner in less than an hour because we were asked every 5-7 minutes if everything was good and if we were finished with our food. My husband has digestion issues and finally had to tell the server that he eats slow so please give us a minute. It was busy but there were empty tables in the restaurant so I am not sure why we needed to leave to free up the table.

We had such a wonderful experience at Rosa Mexicano! From the moment we walked in, the front-of-house staff made us feel welcome. Our server, Jordan, was absolutely amazing. Jordan was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The gentleman who prepared our tableside guacamole was just as wonderful - friendly, engaging, and made the experience unforgettable. Every detail, from the food to the service, was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

I usually have dinner at this place when I'm in the Lake Buena Vista area on vacation. Still one of my favorites and has a broad menu of Mexican food. Its a loud place, but its worth it.

Most enjoyable!!! Shanna and the whole team were amazing. I have been enjoying many locations of Rosa since the late 80's and this did not disappoint. We were delighted to dine with you!!

Everyone was supppper lovely!!! Our servers Nico and Caesar were the best and attentive!! They gave great recommendations and helped celebrate my boyfriend birthday! Drinks were GREAT and food was just as amazing! Will come back!

Food was excellent & so were our servers Cesar & Nico, second time we had them as our waiters, wonderful service on both occasions.

We have been here 3x now. The service is always excellent. It is loud/loudish. We think the value is very good. We will return a fourth time I'm sure. The barria was delicious and the kids loved the kids meal options! Cesar was so sweet and kind to take care of all our large party needs! Gracias!

Everyone was super friendly and we had amazing service. I order the mango margarita, which was super tasty. We then ordered the guacamole, which they make fresh at the table. The whole table enjoyed it. For my dinner, I ordered the chicken fajitas, I wasn't too crazy about it because there was a lot of dark meat instead of chicken breast and the onions and green peppers had a funky taste to them. Honestly I don't think it was worth the $36, but overall we had a great experience.

Our server Fiorella was excellent. She had such a nice and welcoming attitude. We ordered the beef tacos which were good but, would have been great if they were served hot. Overall good experience.

We stayed here one night and got the nachos to share as a late night snack. We sat at the bar and the service was immaculate by both Esteban and Jim. Nachos were unique and delicious as well.

We then went on to the rest of our Disney vacation and park experience. When we found ourselves with extra time before leaving Florida, we came back to Disney Dolphin hotel to eat here AGAIN! We were served by just Esteban V, since we asked to be sat at the bar again. Everything was wonderful from food to service We flew from the west coast for our honeymoon and when we get home, we will tell our families stories about our experiences at this hotel restaurant and how awesome the Bartender Esteban was.

My favorite place to eat at the swan and dolphin! Fio was our server and was absolutely incredible, so kind, fun, and ready to help us with anything. Fio made the dining experience even better. the food is incredible, i’ve loved everything i’ve ever ordered!

I was hoping these other 1-2 star reviews would not be our experience but it was unfortunately. Our drinks came out 20 minutes after we were seated at 8:20p (our reservation was at 8p and we arrived a few minutes early so this is not an exaggeration). I had to grab the waitresses attention to take our order. I did so because our 2 year old was very hungry. The food was just ok not great and the mexican rice was hard and tasted like microwave rice out of a bag. Then I found a half inch hard plastic object in my enchilada and bean plate. Our compensation was free churros which we didn’t even eat. I will never return here. We are attending an annual event at the hotel. We will skip this restaurant next year!!
