I come here a lot, and I get the same drink. I accidentally ordered it wrong today, and they wouldn’t re make it for me :(. I have insulin resistance so I can’t have a bunch of sugar, I just wanted it half sweet. Otherwise, good. But think they are short on $$$ if they couldn’t even remake a drink for me due to my medical condition when I come very frequently. Won’t be going back after that as that’s wild customer service.

I've visited this coffee shop a few times now and every time the coffee and food are delicious. The owner is super sweet and friendly, too. I'm glad to live nearby. Even though it's located on a busy road, it feels tucked away with the back parking area being shaded by trees. I love that there's outdoor seating available as well. The inside is a lovely atmosphere, perfect for going to do remote work or to study, or gather with a few friends. The owner did an amazing job creating such a lovely space and always makes the best coffee and her latte art is so beautiful I wish I took a photo of my latte from this morning! This will be my new go to for my weekly coffee needs! ❤️

My wife brought me home an AMAZING bacon and sausage breakfast bagel, absolutely delicious! And I tried their peppermint mocha coffee with oat milk. Also fantastic! Such amazing food and drinks

The food was absolutely delicious. I had the avocado bacon bagel, and as someone who usually isn’t a fan of bagels, this one completely won me over. I also tried the Berry Berry Matcha with raspberry which was perfectly balanced, not too sweet and not too earthy. The staff was incredibly kind, and the overall vibe was cozy and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot to sit, chat, or get some work done.

This is the best local coffee shop in Longwood for sure. I don’t even like coffee but the Cookie Latte tastes great. My wife is a big fan of this place too. Other than their great coffee, they also serve Matcha, juice, and a wide variety of delicious pastries. They sometimes serve danishes, muffins, brownies, and other cool seasonal specials. They also use high quality ingredients which I also really appreciate. If you’re ever in need of coffee in the Longwood area, please don’t stop at Starbucks or a big corporation. Stop at Rosso’s instead, you’ll be happy you did. Karen and all of the other workers here are so kind too.

I went on a Saturday morning and got a white chocolate mocha and a cookie. The service was excellent and the owner is super nice. And the most important thing is that the coffee was delicious. I would highly recommend this place as your new coffee hot spot. I will be returning in the future myself.

I wanted to go to a small sit down coffee shop who served coffee in mugs instead of paper to go cups. I LOVED Rosso's look, atmosphere, and the amazing customer service! The owner and barista were both so sweet and took their time to explain and answer my many questions. It was so yummy I forgot to take photos before we started to drink and dig in. We will definitely be returning.
I had a pistachio cappuccino and a lemon blueberry loaf cake. My husband had a caramel latte and a blueberry muffin.
Absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed!

Ross Coffee Bar is a stellar place. We felt very welcomed. It was super clean. The staff and owner are sweet people. The cookie latte which I had and the lavender latte which my wife enjoyed as well were delicious. We tried the cherry and cheese pastries. They were crispy, flaky on the outside and soft when taking a bite. One can enjoy sitting inside or outside with big oak trees and a big shaded area.

I live 2 minutes away from this place and was always intrigued to try it. Today was that day and it wasn’t good coffee in my opinion, the coffee just didn’t taste like good quality espresso. So I proceed to tell the barista and she informs me that she’s not able to do a refund, so I’m like okay that’s fine can you re make them then? And she says that they’re not able to do that either. I mean your customer just spent $33 worth of stuff and is not happy with the quality of the drink and you can’t re make the drink? Yea never coming back for that watery espresso.

Very friendly staff with a very involved owner who I personally would consider one of the most knowledgeable Coffee connoisseurs/aficionados here in the Central Florida area. While we are surrounded by the many places where we can buy coffee at any given time and point, we always drive the extra distance just to visit Rosso's. If you are into quality coffee, then I would highly recommend visiting this coffee bar.
